To study the effects of partial rootzone drying and green pruning on yield and yield quality of Thompson seedless grape a split plot experiment with randomized complete block design and three replications was conducted. The experiment was performed in Takestan.The experimental treatments were irrigation and pruning and each treatment had three levels. During growing season, half of the root system was maintained in a dry state, while the rest was irrigated (PRD). The irrigation levels were: full irrigation (irrigating both sides of root zone), drying left side of rootzone (irrigating from north direction) and drying right side of rootzone (irrigating from south direction). Pruning levels included light, medium and heavy green pruning. The analysis of variance (ANOVA) of data showed that the effects of irrigation were significant on pH and TSS of grape juice at 5% level but there were no significant differences between irrigation treatments with respect to grapevine yield indicating that water requirement of grapevine can be reduced to half without significant yield reduction. The effects of pruning were also significant on grapevine yield, berry weight and diameter, cluster weight and length and sultana production. The interactive effects of pruning and PRD were significant on weight and diameter of berry, weight and length of cluster and Sultana production Full irrigation with medium pruning, irrigation from north with medium pruning and irrigation from south with light pruning had higher grape yield than the other treatments. PRD reduced shoot and lateral shoot growth about 8 and 30% respectively compared with full irrigation.}, keywords = {Partial rootzone drying,Full irrigation,Green pruning}, title_fa = {اثر تنش خشکی بر عملکرد و صفات کمی و کیفی انگور رقم بیدانه سفید در منطقه تاکستان}, abstract_fa = {خشک کردن خاک قسمتی از منطقه ریشه (PRD) یک تکنیک آبیاری جدید است که آب مورد استفاده گیاه به نصف کاهش مییابد بدون اینکه کاهش زیادی در عملکرد آن بوجود آید. به منظور بررسی اثر خشک کردن خاک قسمتی از منطقه ریشه و هرس سبز برعملکرد و کیفیت انگور بیدانه سفید، آزمایشی بصورت اسپلیت پلات با طرح پایهی بلوک‏های کامل تصادفی با سه تکرار در منطقه تاکستان اجرا شد. تیمارهای آزمایشی شامل سه سطح آبیاری (آبیاری ازدو طرف، آبیاری ازطرف جنوب و آبیاری از طرف شمال) و سه سطح شدت هرس سبز (هرس سنگین، هرس متوسط و هرس سبک) بودند که روی تاک ها اعمال گردیدند. نتایج تجزیه آماری و مقایسه میانگین ها بر اساس آزمون دانکن نشان داد که اثر تیمار PRD بر روی میزان pH و درصد قند آب میوه (TSS) در سطح 5% معنی دار ولی بر عملکرد تاک، میزان کشمش تولیدی و سایر شاخص های کمی گیاه معنیدار نمی باشد. با توجه به اینکه میزان آب مصرفی در آبیاری دو طرفه دو برابر آبیاری یک طرفه یا روش PRD می باشد این نتایج حاکی از آن است که می توان با روش PRD آب مصرفی را به نصف تقلیل داد بدون اینکه عملکرد و میزان کشمش تولیدی کاهش یابد. اختلاف معنیداری بین سطوح شدت هرس سبز از نظر عملکرد بوته، وزن شاخه های هرس شده، وزن و قطر حبه، وزن و طول خوشه و وزن کشمش تولیدی وجود داشت، بیشترین میزان عملکرد و کشمش تولیدی از هرس متوسط و کمترین مقدار آنها از هرس سنگین حاصل شد. اثر متقابل شدت هرس وPRD بر وزن و قطر حبه، طول و وزن خوشه، عملکرد تاک و کشمش تولیدی در سطح 1% معنیدار بود، به این ترتیب که تیمار آبیاری دو طرفه با هرس متوسط و تیمار آبیاری از طرف شمال با هرس متوسط و تیمار آبیاری از طرف جنوب همراه با هرس سبک نسبت به سایر تیمارها بیشترین میزان عملکرد را دارا بودند.}, keywords_fa = {خشک کردن خاک قسمتی از منطقه ریشه,آبیاری کامل,هرس سبز}, url = {https://jhs.um.ac.ir/article_30204.html}, eprint = {https://jhs.um.ac.ir/article_30204_4bc7d9e8f6d2c9b06851597425652d11.pdf} }
