This investigation showed that sole ammonium application caused fresh and dry weight reduction of shoot and root in lettuce plant. But different oxygen levels had no effect on them. Nitrogen concentration of shoot was higher in ammonium treatments compared to nitrate treatment and with increasing of oxygen levels in the presence of ammonium, nitrogen content also increased, although it was not the same in nitrate treatment. Phosphorous concentrations in shoot and root were not affected by any of treatments and their interaction. Ammonium also caused reduction of potassium concentration in shoots, but different oxygen levels and its interaction with nitrogen form had no significant effect on it. Magnesium content of shoot also decreased in the presence of ammonium, although it was not the same in root. With increase of dissolved oxygen level, magnesium content of shoot decreased in ammonium treatment, but in nitrate treatment the concentration of this element was not affected by oxygen levels. It is concluded that probably reduction of potassium and magnesium in ammonium-fed plants has a role in plant growth reduction, and it was also observed that in spite of increase in the concentration of shoot nitrogen and root magnesium with increase of dissolved oxygen level in ammonium treated plants, lettuce growth was not affected by oxygen levels.}, keywords = {Nutrient solution,Ammonium,Hydroponic,Lettuce,Nitrate}, title_fa = {اثر نوع نیتروژن و سطوح اکسیژن در محلول غذایی بر رشد و برخی عناصر پرمصرف کاهو (Lactuca sativa cv. Great leak) در کشت هیدروپونیک}, abstract_fa = {در این پژوهش اثر نوع نیتروژن و سطوح مختلف اکسیژن بر برخی پارامترهای رشد و غلظت برخی عناصر غذایی پرمصرف در کاهو بررسی شد. این بررسی نشان داد که کاربرد آمونیوم (5 میلی مولار) به تنهائی، موجب کاهش وزن تر و خشک بخش هوائی و ریشه کاهو گردید. اما سطوح مختلف اکسیژن (1، 2، 3 و 4 میلی‌گرم بر لیتر) تاثیر معنی داری بر آنها نداشت. غلظت نیتروژن بخش هوایی گیاه در تیمار آمونیوم نسبت به نیترات بیشتر بود و با افزایش میزان اکسیژن محلول در محیط حاوی آمونیوم مقدار نیتروژن بخش هوایی نیز افزایش یافت، اگرچه در محیط کشت حاوی نیترات این گونه نبود. غلظت فسفر در بخش هوائی گیاه و ریشه تحت تاثیر هیچ یک از تیمارها و اثر متقابل آنها قرار نگرفت. آمونیوم باعث کاهش غلظت پتاسیم در گیاه گردید، اما سطوح مختلف اکسیژن و برهمکنش آن با نوع نیتروژن اثر معنی‌داری بر آن نداشت. مقدار منیزیوم بخش هوایی نیز در محیط آمونیوم کاهش یافت اگرچه در ریشه این گونه نبود. با افزایش مقدار اکسیژن محلول مقدار منیزیوم در بخش هوایی در محیط کشت حاوی آمونیوم افزایش یافت اما در محیط حاوی نیترات غلظت این عنصر تحت تاثیر سطوح اکسیژن قرار نگرفت. از این آزمایش نتیجه‌گیری شد که احتمالا کاهش پتاسیم و منیزیوم در گیاهان تغذیه شده با آمونیوم در کاهش رشد گیاه نقش داشته است، و همچنین مشاهده شد که علی رغم افزایش غلظت نیتروژن اندام هوایی و منیزیوم ریشه با افزایش مقدار اکسیژن محلول در تیمار آمونیوم رشد کاهو تحت تاثیر میزان اکسیژن قرار نگرفت.}, keywords_fa = {آبکشت,آمونیوم,کاهو,محلول غذایی,نیترات}, url = {https://jhs.um.ac.ir/article_31707.html}, eprint = {https://jhs.um.ac.ir/article_31707_62b4612fa35d1eb980827e5c022adef2.pdf} }
