Therefore, control of growth conditions is very important related to nutrition and application of growth regulators to improve the quality and quantity of flowers. Flower's morphology and longevity are two main factors that are used to evaluate the quality of flowers. Application methods that could increase the vase life, is important. A research conducted to investigate the effects of calcium chloride, gibberellin and Benzyladenin on zinnia quantitative and qualitative characteristics in 2010. Experiment carried out in a factorial in randomized complete block design with four replications at the Sharekord University's research farm. Treatments consisted calcium chloride (0, 0.5 and 1 gram per liter), Gibberellin (0, 75 and 150 mg per liter) and benzyladenine (0, 75 and 150 mg per liter) to be sprayed on plant two times in 10 days interval. The result showed that calcium chloride increased stem diameter, number of lateral shoots and flowers and storage vase life. Gibberellin reduced flower and stem diameter, number of axillary shoots and flower. Gibberellins also reduced the beginning of flowering time from transplanting and increased the vase life of the flower on plant and storage. Furthermore, benzyladenine significantly increased the quality and quantity of plant except the flowering period.}, keywords = {Zinnia,Calcium chloride,Gibberellin,Benzyladenine,Flower longevity}, title_fa = {بررسی اثرات کلریدکلسیم، هورمون های جیبرلین و بنزیل آدنین برخصوصیات کمی، کیفی و طول عمر گل آهار (Zinnia elegans J.)}, abstract_fa = {گل آهار در فضای سبز کاربرد زیادی دارد، اما مناسب نبودن شرایط تولید و تغذیه در برخی موارد باعث کاهش کمیت و کیفیت گل ها می شود. کنترل شرایط رشد از لحاظ تغذیه و کاربرد تنظیم کننده‌های بررسی اثرات کلریدکلسیم، هورمون های جیبرلین و بنزیل آدنین برخصوصیات کمی، کیفی و طول عمر گل آهار رشد به منظور بهبود کمیت و کیفیت گل، از اهمیت زیادی برخوردار است. مورفولوژی گیاه و طول عمر گل ها از جمله شاخص‌هایی است که برای ارزیابی کیفیت گل استفاده می شود. کاربرد روش هایی که بتواند عمر گل را افزایش دهد، حائز اهمیت است. به منظور بررسی اثرات کلرید‌کلسیم، جیبرلین و بنزیل‌آدنین بر روی خصوصیات‌ کمی و کیفی گل ‌آهار پژوهشی در سال 1389 آزمایشی به صورت فاکتوریل در قالب طرح پایه بلوک های کامل تصادفی با چهار تکرار در مزرعه تحقیقاتی دانشگاه شهرکرد انجام شد. تیمارها شامل کلرید کلسیم (0، 5/0 و 1 گرم در لیتر)، اسید جیبرلیک (0، 75 و 150 میلی گرم در لیتر) و بنزیل آدنین (0، 75 و 150 میلی گرم در لیتر) در دو مرحله به فواصل ده روز به صورت محلول‌پاشی روی اندام هوایی گیاه اعمال شد. نتایج نشان داد که کلریدکلسیم باعث افزایش قطر ساقه، تعداد ساقه جانبی، تعداد گل و عمر گل در انبار گردید. جیبرلین در این آزمایش باعث کاهش قطر گل، قطر ساقه، تعداد ساقه جانبی و تعداد گل شد. همچنین جیبرلین فاصله زمانی بین انتقال نشاء تا آغاز گل دهی را کاهش داد و باعث افزایش عمر گل روی بوته و شرایط انبار گردید. در این آزمایش بنزیل آدنین باعث بالا بردن کیفیت گیاه شد و بر تمامی صفات به جز طول دوره گل دهی اثر معنی داری داشت.}, keywords_fa = {گل آهار,کلرید کلسیم,جیبرلین,بنزیل آدنین,طول عمر گل}, url = {https://jhs.um.ac.ir/article_32650.html}, eprint = {https://jhs.um.ac.ir/article_32650_96f63afccbe3be79f416ea40f26234ce.pdf} }
