بررسی اثر قطع آبیاری در مرحله گلدهی و محلولپاشی اسپرمیدین بر برخی خصوصیات کمی و کیفی اکوتیپهای مختلف زیره سبز (Cuminum cyminum)
به منظور بررسی تاثیر قطع آبیاری در مرحله گلدهی و محلولپاشی توسط اسپرمیدین بر برخی صفات اکوتیپهای مختلف زیره سبز آزمایشی بصورت کرتهای دوبار خرد شده بر پایه طرح بلوکهای کامل تصادفی با 3 تکرار در مزرعه تحقیقاتی دانشگاه شهید باهنر کرمان در سال زراعی 1393 – 1392 اجرا شد. تیمارهای آزمایش شامل آبیاری در دو سطح (آبیاری کامل و قطع آبیاری در شروع مرحله گلدهی) بهعنوان فاکتور اصلی، محلولپاشی توسط اسپرمیدین در 3 سطح (0، 1 و 2 میلیمولار) بعنوان فاکتور فرعی و اکوتیپ زیره در 3 سطح (کرمان، خراسان و اصفهان) بهعنوان فاکتور فرعی فرعی بود. نتایج نشان داد که به استثنای تعداد شاخه فرعی و چتر در بوته دیگر صفات مورد بررسی تحت تاثیر تیمار قطع آبیاری قرار گرفتند. قطع آبیاری در مرحله گلدهی زیره سبز باعث کاهش تعداد دانه در چتر، بوته میری، عملکرد تک بوته و عملکرد دانه شد. در حالیکه، صفات شاخص برداشت، درصد و عملکرد اسانس و محتوی پرولین در تیمار قطع آبیاری بیشتر از آبیاری کامل بود. به دلیل تعداد زیاد بوته از بین رفته در شرایط آبیاری کامل، میزان کاهش عملکرد دانه در هکتار تحت تاثیر تیمار قطع آبیاری بسیار کمتر از تک بوته بود. بهطوریکه، قطع آبیاری باعث کاهش 58 و 15 درصدی عملکرد دانه به ترتیب در بوته و هکتار نسبت به شرایط شاهد شد. در کلیه صفات مورد بررسی، اکوتیپ خراسان و کرمان نسبت به اکوتیپ اصفهان برتری نشان دادند. بیشترین میزان اسانس (92/14 کیلوگرم در هکتار) در تیمار محلولپاشی یک میلیمولار و برای اکوتیپ خراسان حاصل شد و کمترین میزان این صفت (87/6 کیلوگرم در هکتار) در تیمار عدم محلولپاشی برای اکوتیپ اصفهان بدست آمد. هیچ یک از صفات مورد بررسی تحت تاثیر محلولپاشی اسپرمیدین قرار نگرفت و بطور کلی، دو اکوتیپ کرمان و خراسان با توجه به واکنش مناسبتر به قطع آبیاری از پتانسیل بالاتری جهت کشت در شرایط آب و هوایی کرمان برخوردار بودند.

نقش براسینواسترویید روی بهبود ویژگی های کیفی میوه توت فرنگی رقم پاروس
توتفرنگی از جمله میوههای ریز است که ارزش تغذیهای و تازهخوری بالایی دارد. کاربرد هورمونهای گیاهی نظیر براسینواسترویید نقش مهمی در بهبود ویژگیهای کیفی محصولات باغبانی دارند. در این تحقیق تاثیر غلظتهای مختلف براسینواسترویید و زمان محلولپاشی روی برخی از صفات کیفی توتفرنگی رقم پاروس بررسی گردیده است. بدین ترتیب، محلولپاشی بوتهها، توسط براسینواسترویید با غلظتهای0 (شاهد) ، 25/0، 5/0، 75/0 و 1 میلیگرم بر لیتر و در چهار مرحله زمانی (مرحله 30 روز بعد از کشت نشا، شروع گلدهی، میوههای سبز رنگ و صورتی رنگ) به صورت یک آزمایش فاکتوریل در قالب طرح بلوکهای کامل تصادفی با 4 تکرار در شرایط گلخانه انجام گرفت و ویژگیهایی نظیر: کل مواد جامد محلول، قندهای احیاکننده، اسید قابل تیتر، میزان آنتوسیانین، فنول، وزن خشک میوه، آب میوه و ویتامین ث اندازهگیری شدند. نتایج نشان داد، کیفیت میوههای گیاهان تیمار شده با براسینواسترویید نسبت به شاهد، کیفیت آنها بهبود یافت. به طوری که، کل مواد جامد محلول، قندهای احیاکننده، اسید قابل تیتر، میزان آنتوسیانین، فنول، وزن خشک و ویتامین ث با کاربرد سطوح مختلف براسینواسترویید افزایش یافت و موثرترین تیمار، براسینواسترویید1 میلیگرم بر لیتر و بهترین زمان محلول پاشی، مرحله شروع گلدهی و سبز رنگ شدن میوه بوده است.

در شرایط آب و هوایی گرم و خشک که در اکثر مناطق ایران حاکم است مدیریت مصرف آب و نیتروژن به عنوان دو عامل مهم در رشد چمن ضروری به نظر می رسد. در این تحقیق، اثر کاهش مصرف آب و نیتروژن با هدف کنترل رشد رویشی چمن های مرسوم در فضای سبز (چمن مخلوط با نام عمومی اسپرت)، با در نظر گرفتن تامین نیاز گیاه و حفظ کیفیت بصری آن، در آزمایشی به صورت فاکتوریل در قالب طرح پایه بلوکهای کامل تصادفی با 3 تکرار انجام شد. بذر تجاری چمن با تراکم40 گرم در متر مربع در جعبههای حاوی خاک لوم شنی در اواسط بهار کشت شد. تیمار نیتروژن با استفاده از منبع نیترات آمونیوم در 5 سطح (0، 5/0، 1، 5/1 و 2 میلیگرم در متر مربع در ماه، همراه آبیاری) و تیمار رژیم آبیاری در 4 سطح (100، 80، 60 و 40 درصد ظرفیت زراعی به صورت یک روز در میان) به مدت 5 ماه در طی فصل گرم سال1392 پس از اولین چمنزنی از خرداد ماه اعمال شد. نتایج نشان داد که محدودسازی کاربرد نیتروژن و میزان آبیاری بر صفات ارتفاع، وزن تر و خشک، کلروفیل و پرولین دارای اختلاف معنیدار بود، ولی بر شاخص تراکم، شاخص کیفیت و رنگ اثر معنیدار نداشت. بدون توجه به سطوح نیتروژن، شاخص کیفیت و رنگ فقط در سطح 40 درصد ظرفیت زراعی کمترین میزان را نشان داد. بنابراین، کاهش کاربرد کود نیتروژنی تا 1 میلیگرم بر مترمربع در ماه و رژیم آبیاری تا 60 درصد ظرفیت زراعی ضمن اینکه سبب کاهش رشد رویشی شد، بر دیگر صفات کیفی چمن تاثیر منفی نداشت.

اثر پاکلوبوترازول بر خصوصیات مورفولوژیکی، فیزیولوژیکی و تبادلات گازی گلابی در شرایط رژیمهای مختلف آبیاری
در نواحی خشک و نیمه خشک، گیاهان اغلب در معرض تنش آبی قرار میگیرند. تنش آبی رشد و نمو گیاهان را محدود میکند. هدف از این مطالعه بررسی اثر پاکلوبوترازول بر خصوصیات رویشی، فیزیولوژیکی و تبادلات گازی در گلابی رقم "شاه میوه" تحت رژیمهای مختلف آبیاری بود. نهالها در گلدانهای بیست لیتری کشت شدند. پاکلوبوترازول به صورت خاکی به مقدار 0، 15/0 و 3/0 گرم در هر گلدان استفاده شد. تیمارهای تنش آبی سه ماه بعد از کشت در گلخانه اعمال شدند. سه تیمار آبیاری شاهد (آبیاری در حد ظرفیت زراعی)، 4/0 و 5/0 مگاپاسکال مکش خاک استفاده شدند. نتایج نشان داد که پاکلوبوترازول تمام صفات رویشی جز وزن خشک ریشه را کاهش داد. پاکلوبوترازول نسبت وزن خشک ریشه به قسمت هوایی را افزایش داد. تنش آبی محتوای نسبی آب برگ، سرعت فتوسنتز، هدایت روزنهای، سرعت تعرق، شاخص پایداری غشاء و مقدار کلروفیل را کاهش و محتوای پرولین برگ، مواد جامد محلول کل و گازکربنیک زیر روزنهای را افزایش داد. اثر متقابل معنیداری بین خشکی و پاکلوبوترازول در صفات مقدار کلروفیل، محتوای نسبی آب برگ، پرولین و گازکربنیک زیرروزنهای مشاهده شد. گیاهان تیمار شده با پاکلوبوترازول محتوای آب نسبی بیشتری نسبت به گیاهان تیمار نشده داشتند. آبیاری مجدد در گیاهان تحت تنش دو روز بعد منجر به برگشت تمامی صفات به حالت شد. فقط صفت محتوای نسبی آب برگ کمتر از شاهد بود. به طور کلی نتایج این تحقیق نشان داد که پاکلوبوترازول به گیاه اجازه میدهد تا از طریق تغییرات موفولوژیکی و فیزیولوژیکی تنش آبی را تحمل کند.

بررسی اثر محلولپاشی جیبرلیک اسید تحت شرایط کمآبیاری بر خصوصیات فیزیکی، شیمیایی و انبارمانی میوه انار (رقم شهوار)
انار محصولی بومی ایران بوده که از ارزش صادراتی بالایی نیز برخوردار است. بحران خشکسالی در منطقه و خصوصاً حاشیه کویر که مورد کشت و کار انار قرار میگیرد به صورت فزایندهای رو به گسترش میباشد. بدین سبب تحقیق حاضر در سال 1393 با سه سطح آبیاری شامل شاهد (ETc100 درصد)، کمآبیاری پایدار (ETc50 درصد در کل فصل رشد)، کمآبیاری تنظیم شونده (قطع آبیاری تا زمان تشکیل میوه و آبیاری کامل پس از آن) و دو غلظت محلولپاشی جیبرلیک اسید (0 و 150 پیپیام) با 4 تکرار روی درختان 7 ساله انار رقم شهوار در شهرستان تربت حیدریه به صورت آزمایش اسپلیت پلات بر پایه طرح کاملاً تصادفی انجام شد. پس از اندازهگیری عملکرد و اجزای آن، تعدادی میوه انار از هر تیمار به انبار سرد (دمای 5 درجه سانتیگراد و رطوبت نسبی 85 درصد) منتقل و طی فواصل زمانی 9 و 18 هفته مورد ارزیابی کیفی قرار گرفتند. نتایج نشان داد که وزن میوه، عملکرد کل، درصد آریل و آب میوه انار در تیمار کمآبیاری تنظیم شونده به ترتیب 6/39، 1/17، 9/7 و 6/16 درصد در مقایسه با شاهد بیشتر شد. از سوی دیگر هر چند تیمار کمآبیاری پایدار بیشترین میزان ترکیدگی (1/9 درصد) و کمترین وزن میوه (8/205 گرم) را نشان داد، اما محلولپاشی GA3 توانست ضمن افزایش نسبی وزن، از شدت عارضه ترکیدگی نیز بکاهد. بررسی خصوصیات فیزیوشیمیایی میوه ها طی دوره انبارمانی نیز نشان از برتری تیمار کمآبیاری تنظیم شونده برای صفات شاخص رسیدگی، فعالیت آنتیاکسیدانی، آنتوسیانین کل و شاخص سرمازدگی داشت. همچنین تیمار محلولپاشی GA3 توانست کاهش وزن میوههای حاصل از تیمارهای کمآبیاری را طی دوره انبارمانی اصلاح نماید و مقادیر آنتوسیانین کل و فعالیت آنتیاکسیدانی را نیز افزایش دهد. لذا به نظر میرسد با توجه به محدودیت منابع آبی در شرایط موجود، اتخاذ برخی راهکارهای کمآبیاری میتواند نتایج رضایت بخشی را در پی داشته باشد. ضمن آنکه کاربرد GA3 نیز توانایی جبران و اصلاح بخشی از اثرات نامطلوب این تیمارها را دارد.

بررسی تنوع مورفولوژیکی و فیزیولوژیکی تودههای هندوانه (.Citrullus lanatus Thunb) بومی ایران
به منظور مطالعه تنوع ژنتیکی هندوانه بومی ایران از نظر صفات مورفولوژیکی و فیزیولوژیکی، 16 توده هندوانه بومی ایران به همراه 2 رقم هندوانه اصلاح شده در قالب طرح بلوکهای کامل تصادفی در سه تکرار در مرکز تحقیقات کشاورزی ساعتلوی ارومیه در سال 1392 مورد ارزیابی قرار گرفت. تعداد 18 صفت شامل طول کوتیلدون، طول میوه، وزن میوه، وزن گوشت میوه، وزن پوست میوه، ضخامت پوست، ضخامت گوشت، عملکرد، طول بذر، عرض بذر، وزن صد بذر، ویتامین ث میوه، pH میوه، مواد جامد محلول، EC میوه، میزان کلروفیل، میزان فتوسنتز و طول گیاه مورد ارزیابی قرار گرفتند. نتایج نشان داد بین تودهها برای کل صفات به جزء صفت ضخامت پوست، ضخامت گوشت، pH میوه و طول گیاه اختلاف آماری معنیداری وجود دارد. بیشترین همبستگی فنوتیپی مثبت (968/0) بین دو صفت وزن گوشت و وزن میوه و بیشترین همبستگی فنوتیپی منفی (815/0-) بین صفات مواد جامد محلول و طول بذر مشاهده شد. بیشترین همبستگی ژنتیکی مثبت (987/0) بین دو صفت طول میوه و وزن میوه و بیشترین همبستگی ژنتیکی منفی (990/0) بین صفات ضخامت گوشت و فتوسنتز مشاهده شد. بیشترین توارث پذیری (96/0) مربوط به وزن صد بذر و کمترین توارث پذیری (03/0) مربوط بهpH میوه بود. با استفاده از تجزیهی خوشهای به روش وارد، تودههای مورد بررسی در 3 گروه متفاوت قرار گرفتند.

بررسی تأثیر کودهای آلی و شیمیایی بر عملکرد برگ، درصد و اجزای اسانس به لیمو (Lippia citriodora Kunth)
با توجه به افزایش تقاضا در بازار در حال رشد فرآوردههای دارویی با منشا گیاهی، تولید ارگانیک و ارتقاء کیفیت مادهی خام اولیه بایستی اولین هدف جهت توسعهی این محصولات باشد. در این راستا آزمایشی گلدانی بر پایه طرح کاملاً تصادفی با شش تیمار و سه تکرار بر روی گیاه دارویی به لیمو در سال ۱۳91 و در گلخانه تحقیقاتی گروه علوم باغبانی دانشکده کشاورزی دانشگاه تربیت مدرس صورت پذیرفت. تیمارها شامل استفاده از ورمیکمپوست به میزان 10، 20 و 30 درصد حجم گلدان، ورمیواش، کودکامل و شاهد (بدون کود) بودند. پس از برداشت برگها در مرحله شروع گلدهی، اسانس آنها استخراج شد و سپس بهوسیله دستگاه GC و GC/MS مورد تجزیه قرار گرفت. نتایج نشان داد که بیشترین عملکرد برگ (73/7 گرم) و میزان اسانس (1/1 درصد) مربوط به تیمار استفاده از 30 درصد ورمیکمپوست در گلدان بود و کمترین عملکرد برگ (75/4 گرم) و محتوای اسانس (8/0 درصد) به تیمار شاهد تعلق داشت. در بررسی اجزای اسانس، بیشترین میزان سیترال (9/54 درصد) متعلق به تیمار کود کامل بود ولی بیشترین میزان لیمونن و 8/1 سینئول (به ترتیب 4/7 و 8/8 درصد) در تیمار استفاده از 30 درصد ورمیکمپوست در گلدان مشاهده شد. همچنین در بررسی گروههای اجزای اسانس، تیمار 30 درصد ورمیکمپوست بیشترین مقادیر مونوترپن های هیدروکربنی و اکسیژندار (به ترتیب 4/12 و 3/63 درصد) را به خود اختصاص داد. با توجه به نتایج این تحقیق به نظر میرسد که کود ورمی کمپوست میتواند به عنوان جایگزین مطلوب کودهای شیمیایی در راستای تولید ارگانیک به لیمو با کمیت و کیفیت مواد موثره بالا استفاده شود.

بررسی اثرات پاکلوبوترازول بر افزایش تحمل به شوری در پایه رویشی هیبرید هلو- بادام (GF677)
پاکلوبوترازول یکی از مهم ترین ترکیبات تریازولی محسوب می شود. این ترکیب بازدارنده رشد بوده و سبب افزایش تحمل گیاهان به تنشهای محیطی می شود. هدف از این مطالعه بررسی تأثیر کاربرد پاکلوبوترازول برکاهش اثرات نامطلوب تنش شوری بر پایه رویشی هیبرید هلو-بادا (GF677) بود. آزمایشی به صورت فاکتوریل و در قالب طرح کاملاً تصادفی در سه غلظت کلرید سدیم (صفر، 25 و50 میلی مولار) و سه غلظت پاکلوبوترازول (صفر، 20 و 40 میلیگرم در لیتر) انجام شد. پس از تیمار نهال ها، صفات مورفولوژیکی مثل وزن تر و خشک ریشه و برگ، تعداد برگ و عوامل بیوشیمیائی مانند میزان پرولین، شاخص کلروفیل برگ، میزان رطوبت نسبی و نشت یونی غشاء برگ اندازه گیری شد. نتایج نشان داد تنش شوری باعث کاهش رشد گیاهان شد و میزان نشت یونی غشاء و پرولین را در نهال های تحت تنش شوری افزایش و رطوبت نسبی برگ کاهش یافت. پاکلوبوترازول در شرایط تنش موجب افزایش وزن خشک ریشه ها شد. همچنین کاربرد 20 میلیگرم در لیتر پاکلوبوترازول اگرچه در غلظت 50 میلی مولار کلرید سدیم، شاخص کلروفیل برگ و میزان رطوبت نسبی را افزایش و نشت یونی غشاء را کاهش داد اما بر میزان پرولین در شرایط شور تاثیر معنی داری نداشت. نتایج حاصل از این تحقیق نشان داد پاکلوبوترازول توانایی بهبود خسارات تنش و آسیب های وارده به نهال های پایه رویشی هیبرید هلو بادام تحت شرایط شور را دارا است. و بهترین نتیجه از غلظت 20 و 40 میلی گرم در لیتر حاصل شد.

اثرات ضد باکتریایی ترکیبی اسانس کرفس کوهی) Kelussia odoratissima Mozaffarian) و کلپوره (L. Teucrium polium) با نانوذرات سنتزی نقره علیه باکتریهای غذا زاد
به منظور بررسی برهمکنش نانوذرات نقره با اسانسهای گیاهان دارویی کرفسکوهی و کلپوره از نظر اثرات ضدباکتریایی، آزمایشی براساس محاسبه حداقل غلظت بازدارندگی (MIC) ترکیبی و تعیین شاخص FIC یا غلظت بازدارنده افتراقی و با روش ساده شده checkboard طراحی و به اجرا درآمد. اسانس گیاهان مورد بررسی به روش تقطیر با آب استخراج گردید. در این تحقیق باکتریهای آلوده کننده مواد غذایی رایج مانند Staphylococcus aureus، Bacillus cereus Listeria monocytogenes، Escherichia coli O157:H7 و Salmonella enterica و Pseudomonas aureogenosa مورد استفاده قرار گرفتند. نتایج این تحقیق نشان داد که خاصیت ضدباکتریایی اسانس کلپوره قویتر(MIC بین 16/0 تا 25/1 میلیگرم در میلیلیتر) از اسانس کرفسکوهی (MIC بین 3/0 تا 5/2 میلیگرم در میلی لیتر) بود. خاصیت ضدباکتریایی نانوذرات نقره نیز (MIC بین 006/0 تا 025/0 میلیگرم در میلیلیتر) بسیار قابل توجه بود. محاسبه غلظت بازدارنده افتراقی (شاخص FIC) حاکی از وجود اثرات هم افزایی بین نانوذرات نقره و اسانس هر دو گیاه بود که بستگی به نوع پاتوژن مورد بررسی داشت. در نتیجهی کاربرد توام نانوذرات نقره و اسانس این دو گیاه بویژه اسانس کلپوره با غلظت کمتر اسانس خاصیت بازدارندگی قابل توجهی بدست آمد. در هیچکدام از تیمارها برهمکنش آنتاگونیستی بین نانوذرات نقره و اسانس این دو گیاه مشاهده نشد.

تأثیر محلولپاشی نانوکلات و سولفات روی بر میزان جذب عنصر روی، شاخصها و رنگیزههای فتوسنتزی ریحان مقدس (Ocimum sanctum)
ریحان مقدس گیاهی بوتهای و چندساله از خانواده نعناعیان میباشد. به منظور ارزیابی تاثیر محلولپاشی عنصر روی به دو شکل نانوکلات و سولفات بر میزان جذب آن در برگ و شاخصهای فتوسنتزی ریحان مقدس، آزمایشی در مزرعه تحقیقاتی گروه علوم باغبانی، دانشگاه شهید چمران اهواز بر پایه طرح بلوکهای کامل تصادفی با شش تیمار و سه تکرار انجام شد. تیمارها شامل محلولپاشی با نانوکلات روی (0، 5/0، 1 و 5/1 گرم در لیتر) و سولفات روی (1 و 5/1 گرم در لیتر) بود. میزان عنصر روی برگ، هدایت روزنهای، دیاکسیدکربن زیر روزنهای، نرخ تعرق، نرخ فتوسنتز خالص، کارایی مصرف نور، کارائی مصرف آب و همچنین میزان کلروفیل a، کلروفیل b، کلروفیل (a+b) و کاروتنوئید اندازهگیری شد. نتایج نشان داد که اثر محلولپاشی کودهای روی بر تمامی صفات اندازهگیری شده به استثناء صفات دیاکسیدکربن زیر روزنهای و کارایی مصرف آب در سطح احتمال 1 درصد معنیدار گردید. بیشترین و کمترین مقدار صفات مذکور به ترتیب در تیمارهای محلولپاشی با غلظت 5/1 گرم در لیتر نانوکلات روی و شاهد مشاهده شد. در مجموع با توجه به عدم تفاوت معنیدار بین تیمارهای 1 و 5/1 گرم در لیتر نانوکلات روی و 5/1 گرم در لیتر سولفات روی جهت افزایش میزان عنصر روی و صفات فتوسنتزی ریحان مقدس، محلولپاشی با غلظت 5/1 گرم در لیتر سولفات روی پیشنهاد میگردد.

بررسی اثر کاربرد کود شیمیایی نیترات پتاسیم و کود زیستی آزوسپیریلیوم بر رشد و درصد گلدهی گل مریم رقم دابل
گل مریم از مهمترین گل های بریده ایران و جهان به شمار میآید. در این تحقیق اثر دو نوع کود زیستی و شیمیایی بر صفات رویشی و زایشی گل مریم در قالب آزمایش فاکتوریل بر پایه بلوکهای کامل تصادفی در سه تکرار مطالعه گردید. سطوح مورد استفاده کود شیمیایی نیترات پتاسیم 0، 100 و 150 کیلوگرم در هکتار در نظر گرفته شد. کود زیستی آزوسپیریلیوم در دو سطح مصرف و عدم مصرف استفاده گردید. نتایج آزمایشها نشان داد، صفات مربوط به برگ، میزان کلروفیل، وزن کل پیاز5، وزن پیاز اصلی6، قطر پیاز اصلی، تعداد پاگیاه و سوخک و میزان پتاسیم تحت تاثیر اثر اصلی نیترات پتاسیم قرار گرفتند. در اثر اصلی آزوسپیریلیوم صفات قطر پیاز اصلی، قطر ساقه و میزان پتاسیم معنیدار گردیدند. همچنین در مقایسه میانگین اثرات متقابل صفات وزن تر برگ، شاخص سطح برگ، وزن و قطر پیاز اصلی، تعداد پاگیاه، تعداد سوخک و میزان پتاسیم معنیدار گردیدند. از طرف دیگر صفات تعداد برگ، تعداد روز تا به ساقه رفتن، تعداد روز از ساقه رفتن تا برداشت گل و ارتفاع ساقه گلدهنده تحت تاثیر هیچ کدام از تیمارها قرار نگرفتند. نیترات پتاسیم با میزان 150 کیلوگرم در هکتار تقریباً بیشتر صفات به خصوص گلدهی را تحت تاثیر خود قرار داد و تعداد سوخک را به حدود 20 عدد افزایش داد. آزوسپیریلیوم تأثیر اندکی بر صفات رشدی و زایشی نشان داد.

اثر پایه های مختلف کدوئیان بر برخی صفات مورفولوژیک و فیزیولوژیک خیار مزرعهای رقم سوپر دومینوس (Cucumis sativus cv. Super Dominus)
به منظور بررسی اثر پایه های مختلف کدوئیان بر عملکرد و کیفیت میوه خیار، آزمایشی به صورت فاکتوریل در قالب طرح بلوک های کامل تصادفی در سال 1392 در گلخانه و مزرعه پژوهشی گروه علوم باغبانی دانشکده کشاورزی دانشگاه زنجان در سه تکرار انجام گرفت. فاکتورهای آزمایش شامل چهار پایه کدو حلوایی (L. Cucurbita moschata)، کدو قلیانی (Lagenaria siceraria L.)، خربزه توده زرد جلالی (Cucumis melo L.) و خیار به عنوان شاهد و روش پیوند (حفره ای، نیمانیم و شاهد) بود که اثر آن ها بر عملکرد، رشد و کیفیت میوه خیار مزرعه ای رقم Super Dominus مورد ارزیابی قرار گرفت. نتایج نشان داد که نوع پایه تاثیر معنی داری بر شاخصهای رشد داشت. خیار پیوندی روی پایه کدو حلوایی دارای بالاترین عملکرد بود. گیاهان پیوند شده روی پایه خربزه با 38/1 کیلوگرم در بوته، پایینترین میزان عملکرد را دارا بودند. شاخص های رشدی نظیر طول ساقه اصلی (94/77 سانتیمتر)، تعداد برگ (66/67) و تعداد میوه (81/22) در پایه کدو حلوایی بیشتر از سایر پایه ها و شاهد بود. صفات کیفی میوه همچون سفتی بافت میوه و مقدار مواد جامد محلول تحت تاثیر پایه قرار نگرفت. پایه خربزه باعث کاهش عملکرد و رشد رویشی گیاهان خیار شد. روش پیوند تاثیر معنیداری بر رشد و عملکرد و کیفیت میوه نداشت. با توجه به نتایج میتوان پیوند خیار روی پایههای کدو را جهت بهبود رشد و عملکرد خیار مزرعهای پیشنهاد نمود.

بررسی اثر دیاکسیدکربن بر روی صفات مورفوفیزیولوژیکی زیتون تلخ (.Melia azedarach Linn) در شرایط گلخانه
غنی سازی دی اکسیدکربن در گلخانه ها می تواند به عنوان راهکاری برای کاهش زمان تولید، بهبود قدرت رشد و همچنین افزایش کیفیت گیاه استفاده شود. از طرفی با افزایش غلظت دی اکسیدکربن محیط در سال های آینده، مواجه ایم. لذا تحقیق حاضر به منظور بررسی تاثیر افزایش دیاکسیدکربن بر روی برخی صفات مورفولوژیک و فیزیولوژیک نهال های سه ماهه گونه زیتون تلخ (Melia azedarach Linn.) در شرایط گلخانهای انجام شد. سطوح دی اکسیدکربن استفاده شده عبارت بودند از 3 غلظت 450 (شاهد)، 750 و 1100 پی پی ام که به صورت طرح کاملاً تصادفی در سه تکرار اجرا شد. نهال ها به مدت دو ماه تحت تیمار قرار گرفتند. سپس برخی صفات مورفولوژیک و فیزیولوژیک آن ها اندازه گیری شد. نتایج نشان داد که غلظت های 750 و 1100 پیپیام دی اکسیدکربن، تمام صفات مورفولوژیک به استثنای وزن خشک ریشه و ارتفاع ساقه و صفات فیزیولوژیک شامل میزان پرولین، ازت و محتوای آب نسبی برگ را به طور معنی دار تحت تاثیر قرار داد. اما غلظت 750 پی پی ام دی اکسیدکربن، بیشترین اثر را بر روی صفات مورد مطالعه داشت. به طوریکه میانگین وزن خشک اندام هوایی، بیوماس ماده خشک و مقدار پرولین را به بیش از سه برابر و وزن تر اندام هوایی و ریشه و بیوماس ماده تر را بیش از دو برابر نسبت به شاهد افزایش داد. بیشترین میانگین قطر یقه و میزان ازت هم در غلظت 750 پیپیام مشاهده شد. همچنین غلظت های بالای دی اکسیدکربن به طور معنی داری سبب افزایش تعداد برگ ها به بیش از دو برابر و همچنین ارتفاع ساقه نسبت به میانگین شاهد گردید.

اثر تنش شوری بر برخی خصوصیات ظاهری، کمی و کیفی اسانس در گیاه اسطوخودوس (Lavandula angustifolia Miller)
ایران جزو مناطق خشک و نیمه خشک جهان است و با کمبود منابع آب و وجود زمین های شور مواجه است. با توجه به افزایش جمعیت و محدودیت اراضی قابل کشت، استفاده از منابع آب و خاک شور کشور ضروری به نظر می رسد. یکی از روش های بهره برداری از این منابع کشت گیاهان دارویی است. اسطوخودوس (Lavandula angustifolia) گیاه دارویی چند ساله و چوبی است که با هدف تهیه اسانس موجود در گل ها و برگ هایش کشت میشود. بهمنظور بررسی اثر سطوح مختلف تنش شوری بر شاخص های رشد، عملکرد و ترکیب اسانس برگ گیاه اسطوخودوس، آزمایشی گلدانی بر پایه طرح کاملاً تصادفی با پنج تیمار و سه تکرار انجام گردید. تنش به صورت هیدروپونیک و در پنج سطح 0، 25، 50، 75 و 100 میلیمولار کلرورسدیم اعمال شده و پس از چهار ماه اندازهگیری شاخص های رشدی از قبیل طول ساقه، طول ریشه، وزن تر ساقه، وزن تر ریشه و وزن خشک ریشه، درصد و ترکیب اسانس برگ انجام پذیرفت. نتایج تجزیه های آماری و اندازه گیری با دستگاهGC-MS نشان دادند تنش شوری اثر معنی داری بر شاخص های رشد، درصد و ترکیب اسانس دارد .با افزایش شوری، طول ساقه، وزن تر ساقه و وزن تر ریشه و وزن خشک ریشه کاهش یافته و طول ریشه و درصد اسانس ابتدا تا سطح شوری 25 میلیمولار افزایش و سپس کاهش یافت. ترکیب اجزای اسانس تحت تاثیر تنش شوری، تغییر کرده است. به طوری که با افزایش سطح شوری مقدار بورنئول، کادینول، کامفور، کاریوفیلن اکساید و سیمن-8-ال ابتدا افزایش و سپس در سطح 100 میلیمولار شوری کاهش یافته است که مهم ترین ماده در ترکیب اسانس برگ اسطوخودوس، بورنئول می باشد که با افزایش سطح شوری مقدار آن افزایش قابلتوجهی نشان داد که می توان نتیجه گرفت در سطوح اولیه تنش شوری درصد اسانس افزایش می یابد ولی با شدیدتر شدن تنش علی رغم کاهش در درصد اسانس تولید شده، کیفیت اسانس افزایش خواهد داشت.

مقایسه قندها، ترکیبات مختلف، اسیدهای آلی و ترکیبات فنولی ارقام خرمای شاهانی، پیارم و دیری
در این پژوهش ترکیبات مختلف میوه شامل درصد رطوبت، پروتئین، عناصر غذایی، قندهای گلوکز و فروکتوز، کارتنوئید و اسیدهای آلی و فنولیک اسید ارقام خرمای شاهانی، پیارم و دیری مورد بررسی قرار گرفت. جهت تجزیه قندها از دستگاه کروماتوگرافی تبادل یونی با کارایی بالا (HPAEC-PAD) استفاده شد. برای تجزیه نوع و غلظت اسیدهای آلی و فنولیک اسید از دستگاه کروماتوگرافی مایع با کارایی بالا (HPLC) استفاده شد. بر اساس نتایج بدست آمده رقم شاهانی به عنوان خرمای نرم، رقم پیارم به عنوان خرمای نیمه خشک و رقم دیری به عنوان خرمای خشک از نظر برخی ترکیبات درونی تفاوت معنی داری با یکدیگر نشان دادند. رقم پیارم دارای اسید آلی بالاتری در مقایسه با دیگر ارقام بود در حالیکه دیری دارای عناصر غذایی، فنل کل و فنولیک اسید بالاتری نسبت به دو رقم دیگر بود. در هر سه رقم پتاسیم نسبت به دیگر عناصر مورد بررسی در سطح بالاتری (1170-244 میلی گرم در100 گرم) قرار داشت. شاهانی با داشتن 8/68 درصد قند دارای بیشترین قند کاهش یافته در بین ارقام مورد بررسی بود که تفاوت معنی داری با ارقام پیارم و دیری نشان داد. بیشترین میزان پروتئین در رقم دیری (3/ 7 درصد) مشاهده شد که تفاوت معنی-داری با دیگر ارقام داشت.

بررسی تغییرات برخی خواص فیزیکی و شیمیایی میوه زیتون طی انبارمانی
شرایط نگه داری محصول پس از برداشت و طول دوره انبارمانی فاکتورهای مهمی هستند که بر خواص کیفی محصولات شامل اسیدیته، مواد جامد محلول، ترکیبات فنلی و چگالی تاثیر بسزایی دارند. دانش کافی از خواص فیزیکی محصولات نیز در طراحی دستگاه ها، حمل و نقل و فرآوری محصول بسیار مهم می باشد. در این تحقیق دو نوع زیتون تلخ و شیرین شده با سود 5/1 درصد، جمع آوری و خواص فیزیکی آن ها (طول، عرض، ضخامت، قطر میانگین حسابی و هندسی، ضریب کرویت، جرم، حجم، چگالی و رطوبت اولیه) پیش از دوره انبارمانی مورد ارزیابی قرار گرفت. سپس جهت بررسی طول دوره انبارمانی، زیتون شیرین شده در دو دما (دمای °C25 و یخچال با دمای°C 4) به مدت 3 ماه نگه داری شد و در طول این مدت در فواصل زمانی 10 روزه نمونه برداری انجام و میزان اسیدیته کل، مواد جامد محلول، ترکیبات فنلی و چگالی محصول اندازه گیری گردید. با انجام آزمون فاکتوریل در قالب طرح کاملاً تصادفی، تاثیر فاکتورهای مستقل دما و زمان انبارمانی بر چگالی و برخی ویژگیهای شیمیایی میوه زیتون، مورد بررسی قرار گرفت. نتایج حاصل از این پژوهش نشان داد که زیتون شیرین شده با سود، از طول، عرض، ضخامت، جرم و حجم بیشتری نسبت به نوع تلخ برخوردار بود ولی در مقابل ضریب کرویت زیتون تلخ بیشتر از زیتون شیرین می باشد. همچنین با افزایش مدت زمان انبارمانی، چگالی زیتون شیرین افزایش و مواد جامد محلول و ترکیبات فنلی آن کاهش یافت. تغییرات اسیدیته زیتون طی دوره انبارمانی به صورت نوسانی بود و با افزایش دمای نگه داری از °C 4 به °C 25، مقدار چگالی و مواد جامد محلول افزایش یافت.

تأثیر محلولپاشی پتاسیم در کاهش اثرات مضر شوری در گیاه اسفناج (.Spinacia oleraceae L )
در مناطق خشک و نیمه خشک، مقابله با تنش شوری و اثرات مضر آن ضروری به نظر میرسد. به منظور بررسی تأثیر محلول پاشی پتاسیم بر عملکرد و اجزای عملکرد اسفناج در شرایط تنش شوری، پژوهشی در سال 1391 با استفاده از آزمایش کرتهای خرد شده و طرح پایهی بلوکهای کامل تصادفی با چهار تکرار در ایستگاه تحقیقات کشاورزی و منابع طبیعی استان اصفهان انجام شد. شوری آب آبیاری در سه سطح شاهد (2 دسیزیمنس بر متر)، آب چاه (4 دسیزیمنس بر متر) و آب چاه (8 دسیزیمنس بر متر) به عنوان کرتهای اصلی و دو سطح استفاده از کود پتاسیم شامل شاهد و محلولپاشی اکسید پتاسیم محلول در آب ( 5/2 میلیلیتر در هر لیتر) به عنوان کرتهای فرعی بودند. نتایج نشان داد عملکرد تیمار محلولپاشی پتاسیم و شوری 4 دسیزیمنس بر متر معادل 35300 کیلوگرم در هکتار بود که با تیمار شاهد تفاوت معنیداری نداشت. افت عملکرد در تیمار محلولپاشی پتاسیم و شوری 8 دسیزیمنس بر متر و همچنین تیمار شوری 8 دسیزیمنس بر متر و بدون محلولپاشی پتاسیم به ترتیب برابر با 2/20 و 38 درصد بود. تعداد بوته در متر مربع در سه تیمار شوری 2، 4 و 8 دسیزیمنس بر متر به ترتیب 40، 1/38 و 1/29 بوته در متر مربع بود. محلولپاشی پتاسیم در شوری 8 دسیزیمنس بر متر، درصد ماده خشک برگ را 7/12 درصد بهبود بخشید. با توجه به نتایج بدست آمده، در شرایط تنش شوری، محلولپاشی پتاسیم میتواند به عنوان یک عامل تعدیل کننده شوری مورد استفاده قرار گیرد.

اثر ورمیکمپوست و نیتروکسین بر رشد رویشی و برخی صفات بیوشیمیایی در گیاه دارویی اکلیل کوهی (.Rosmarinus officinalis L)
اکلیل کوهی (Rosmarinus officinalis L.) گیاهی چندساله، همیشه سبز و معطر از خانواده نعناعیان است. بخشهای رویشی این گیاه حاوی اسانس و دارای خواص آنتیاکسیدانی و ضد باکتریایی بوده و در صنایع داروسازی، غذایی و آرایشی و بهداشتی بطور گسترده کاربرد دارند. به منظور بررسی اثر کودهای بیولوژیک بر عملکرد رشد، میزان رنگیزههای فتوسنتزی، فلاونوئیدها، درصد و عملکرد اسانس در گیاه دارویی اکلیل کوهی آزمایشی به صورت فاکتوریل، در قالب طرح کاملاً تصادفی با دو عامل ورمیکمپوست (0، 10، 20، 30 و 40 درصد حجم گلدان) و نیتروکسین (تلقیح و عدم تلقیح) با 4 تکرار در دانشگاه علوم کشاورزی و منابع طبیعی ساری در سالهای 92-1391به اجرا در آمد. نتایج نشان داد که بیشترین میزان وزن تر (55/71 گرم) و خشک در بوته (37/31 گرم) در تیمار 40 درصد ورمیکمپوست با تلقیح نیتروکسین بدست آمد. بیشترین میزان کلروفیل a (89/25 میلیگرم در گرم) در تیمار 30 درصد ورمیکمپوست، کلروفیل b در تیمارهای 20 و 30 درصد ورمیکمپوست ( به ترتیب 13/2 و 81/1 میلیگرم در گرم) و کلروفیل کل (77/27 میلیگرم در گرم) در تیمار 20 درصد ورمیکمپوست با تلقیح نیتروکسین مشاهده شد. میزان فلاونوئیدهای برگ در تیمار 10 درصد ورمیکمپوست با تلقیح نیتروکسین بالاترین مقدار ( 35/6 میلیگرم در گرم) بود و بیشترین عملکرد اسانس نیز در تیمارهای 20 و 30 درصد ورمیکمپوست ( به ترتیب 263/0 و 272/0 گرم در بوته) بدست آمد. این نتایج نشان میدهند که کاربرد ورمیکمپوست و نیتروکسین به تنهایی و یا به طور همزمان تاثیر مثبت بر رشد، رنگیزهها و اسانس اکلیل کوهی دارند.

بررسی نقش حفاظتی نیتریک اکسید در کاهش صدمات ناشی از تنش شوری در گیاه همیشه بهار (L. cv. Gitan Orange (Calendula officinalis
شوری یکی از فاکتورهای مهم محیطی است که رشد و نمو گیاهان را تحت تاثیر قرار داده و تولید گیاهان را محدود میکند. سدیم نیترو پروسید (SNP) به طور معمول به عنوان ترکیب رها کننده نیتریک اکسید (NO) در گیاهان استفاده میشود. نیتریک اکسید رادیکال گازی نسبتاً پایداری است که در غلظتهای پایین با ممانعت از تولید رادیکالهای فعال اکسیژن مانع خسارت آنها میگردد. این پژوهش به صورت فاکتوریل با طرح کاملاً تصادفی در سه تکرار، تیمار کلرید سدیم در پنج سطح صفر (شاهد)، 25، 50، 75 و 100 میلیمولار و سدیم نیتروپروسید به صورت محلول پاشی برگی درچهار غلظت صفر (شاهد)، 25/0، 5/0 و 75/0 میلیمولار انجام شد. بنابر نتایج بدست آمده در این پژوهش، تنش شوری باعث کاهش رشد رویشی گردید و با افزایش غلظت نمک، بیشتر ویژگیهای مورفولوژیک گیاه تحت تاثیر منفی تنش قرار گرفتند. تنش شوری، نیز دارای اثرات منفی قابل توجهی بر ویژگیهای فیزیولوژیکی بود به گونهای که باعث کاهش کلروفیل شد و از طرفی باعث افزایش ظرفیت آنتیاکسیدانی، پرولین، قند محلول و نشت الکترولیت در گیاه گردید. تیمارهای مختلف سدیم نیتروپروسید توانست به طور معنیداری اثر منفی شوری به ویژه در سطوح پایین شوری بر گیاه را کاهش دهد. در بین غلظتهای مختلف سدیم نیتروپروسید، غلظت 25/0 و 5/0 میلیمولار بر روی بهبود صفات مورفولوژیکی، غلظت های 25/0، 5/0 و 75/0 میلیمولار بر روی بهبود صفات فیزیولوژیکی و غلظتهای 5/0 و 75/0 میلی مولار بر روی بهبود صفات بیوشیمیایی موثر واقع شدند.

اثر بسترهای کشت بر رشد و نمو و پاجوشدهی پاندانوس
به منظور ارزیابی اثر محیطهای کشت بر رشد رویشی گیاه برگ زینتی پاندانوس آزمایشی در قالب طرح کاملاً تصادفی با هشت تیمار و چهار تکرار در گلخانه تحقیقاتی دانشگاه آزاد اسلامی واحد جیرفت صورت گرفت. گیاهان پاندانوس از نظر ویژگیهای رویشی تفاوت معنیداری با یکدیگر نشان دادند. بیشترین میزان ارتفاع گیاه با میانگین (40 سانتیمتر) در هر گیاه در محیط کشت حاوی کوکوچیپس مشاهده گردید و کمترین آن در بستر کشت پیت ماس با میانگین (17 سانتیمتر) بدست آمد که از لحاظ آماری تفاوت معنیداری را با هم نشان دادند. بیشترین تعداد برگ با میانگین (20) در بستر 50 درصد پیت ماس + 25 درصد ماسه + پرلیت بدست آمد و کمترین آن در بستر پیت ماس با میانگین (16) به همراه بود، که این نتایج نشان میدهد استفاده متقابل از ماسه + پرلیت در بستر کشت نسبت به استفاده خالص آن تعداد برگ را افزایش میدهد. بیشترین سطح برگ مربوط به بستر 50 درصد پیت نخل+25 درصد ماسه+25 درصد پرلیت با میانگین (97/413 سانتیمتر مربع) و کمترین آن در بستر پیت ماس با میانگین (8/189 سانتیمتر مربع) بدست آمد که از لحاظ آماری تفاوت معنیداری را با هم نشان دادند. بیشترین تعداد تنه جوش و سطح ویژه برگ به ترتیب با میانگین 8 و 81/256 سانتی متر مربع مربوط به بستر پیت نخل و کوکوپیت بود، کمترین آن در بستر پیت ماس به ترتیب با میانگین (2) و (45/91 سانتیمتر مربع) بود.

اثرات کودهای آلی و شیمیایی بر برخی ویژگیهای کمی و میزان آنتوسیانین چای ترش (.Hibiscus sabdariffa L) در شرایط زابل
به منظور بررسی اثرات کودهای آلی و شیمیایی بر برخی ویژگیهای کمی و کیفی چای ترش آزمایشی در قالب طرح بلوکهای کامل تصادفی با 10 تیمار و 4 تکرار در مزرعه تحقیقاتی دانشکده کشاورزی دانشگاه زابل انجام شد. تیمارها شامل: (T1) عدم مصرف کود (شاهد)، (T2) 300 کیلوگرم کود نیتروژن، فسفر و پتاسیم در هکتار به نسبت 2:1:1، (T3) 20 تن کود گاوی در هکتار، (T4) 10 تن کمپوست در هکتار، (T5) 5 تن ورمیکمپوست در هکتار، (T6) محلول پاشی اسید هیومیک به نسبت 5/1 در هزار، (T7) 50 درصد T2 + T6، (T8) 50 درصد T3 + T6، (T9) 50 درصد T4 +T6 و (T10) 50 درصد T5 + T6 بودند. نتایج نشان داد در اکثر صفات مورد بررسی اختلاف معنیداری بین تیمارهای اعمال شده و شاهد وجود داشت، به طوری که بیشترین مقدار ارتفاع و تعداد شاخههای جانبی و قطر ساقه در نتیجه کاربرد تیمار کودهای آلی توأم با اسید هیومیک (T8، T9 و T10) حاصل شد. تأثیر کود کمپوست توأم با اسید هیومیک (T9) بر وزنتر و خشک کاسبرگ (31/157، 69/22 گرم در بوته)، تعداد میوه در بوته، وزن میوه، تعداد دانه در بوته، و در مورد میزان آنتوسیانین، تأثیر کود گاوی توأم با اسید هیومیک (T8) نسبت به سایر تیمارها بیشتر بود. نتایج این تحقیق نشان داد که کاربرد کودهای آلی در بهبود عملکرد کمی و کیفی گیاه دارویی چای ترش و همچنین در جهت پایداری تولید و حفظ محیط زیست تأثیر مثبتی داشته و به نظر میرسد کودهای آلی جایگزین مناسبی برای کودهای شیمیایی باشند.
