تأثیر کودهای گاوی، نیتروژن، فسفر و وزن بنه بر شاخصهای عملکرد گل حسرت (Colchicum kotschyi Boiss.)
گل حسرت گیاهی دارویی است که ماده مؤثره آن در درمان بیماریهای التهابی نظیر نقرس کاربرد دارد. جهت بررسی تأثیر منابع کودی و وزن بنه مادری بر شاخصهای مرتبط با عملکرد گل حسرت، آزمایشی به صورت فاکتوریل در قالب طرح بلوکهای کامل تصادفی با سه تکرار و 16 تیمار در دو سال زراعی 1393-1391در مزرعه تحقیقاتی دانشگاه فردوسی مشهد انجام گرفت. تیمارها شامل: وزن بنه مادری (کمتر از 40 و بیشتر از 40 گرم)، کود گاوی (شاهد و 50 تن در هکتار)، کود نیتروژن (شاهد و 50 کیلوگرم در هکتار) و کود فسفر (شاهد و 25 کیلوگرم در هکتار) بودند. در سال اول آزمایش بیشتر بنهها به دلیل تنش ناشی از انتقال بنه و عدم استقرار مناسب گیاه، گل ندادند. نتایج در سال دوم آزمایش نشان داد که تیمارهای آزمایش اثر معنیداری بر شاخصهای مطالعه شده داشتند (05/0p≤). بنههای مادری بزرگتر، در پایان فصل رشد از عملکرد بیشتری برخوردار بودند. بیشترین تعداد گل، تعداد کپسول، تعداد و وزن خشک دانه مربوط به بنههای مادری بزرگتر بود. با کاربرد کود گاوی، عملکرد بنه (7/225 گرم در متر مربع)، عملکرد بیولوژیک (1/293 گرم در متر مربع) و شاخص برداشت بنه (81/76 درصد) نسبت به شاهد افزایش یافت، ولی وزن هزار دانه (49/16 گرم) و شاخص برداشت بذر (536/5 درصد) در تیمار کود گاوی کاهش یافت. مصرف کود اوره به صورت منفرد اثر معنیداری بر شاخصهای مطالعه شده نداشت. با کاربرد سوپرفسفات عملکرد بنه، عملکرد بیولوژیک، وزن خشک دانه، عملکرد و وزن هزار دانه افزایش یافت. کاربرد توأم کود گاوی و کود فسفره سبب افزایش عملکرد بنه شد. از آنجا که هم بنه و هم بذر این گیاه دارای مواد مؤثره دارویی است، میتوان با مصرف بهینه و متعادل کود گاوی و فسفره به عملکرد مناسب دست یافت.

اثر فواصل آبیاری و ترکیبات طبیعی ضد تعرق بر صفات مورفولوژیکی، فیزیولوژیکی و شاخص بهرهوری آب آبیاری سیاهدانه (L. Nigella sativa)
به منظور ارزیابی اثر فواصل آبیاری و ترکیبات ضد تعرق بر صفات مورفولوژیکی، فیزیولوژیکی و شاخص بهرهوری آب آبیاری سیاهدانه، تحقیقی در سال 1392-1391 در دانشکده کشاورزی دانشگاه فردوسی مشهد در قالب آزمایش کرتهای خرد شده با طرح پایه بلوکهای کامل تصادفی انجام شد. در کرتهای اصلی فواصل آبیاری (8 و 16 روز) و در کرتهای فرعی محلولپاشی ترکیبات کیتوزان (1، 5/0 ، 25/0 و صفر درصد)، موسیلاژ اسفرزه (5/1، 1، 5/0 و صفر درصد) و صمغ عربی (75/0، 5/0، 25/0و صفر درصد) با سه تکرار قرار گرفتند. ارتفاع بوته، شاخص سطح برگ، تعداد شاخه فرعی، دمای سطح برگ، میزان هدایت روزنهای و شاخص بهرهوری آب آبیاری اندازهگیری شدند. نتایج به دست آمده نشان داد که بین تیمارها از نظر تمامی صفات مورد بررسی اختلاف معنیداری وجود داشت. بهترین میزان صفات مورد اندازهگیری در دور آبیاری 8 روز و تیمار کیتوزان مشاهده شد. محلولپاشی کیتوزان با ایجاد شرایط مناسب نظیر کاهش دمای برگ، میزان هدایت روزنهای و افزایش شاخص بهره وری آب ابیاری موجب بهبود صفات مورفولوژیکی نسبت به شرایط تنش در فواصل آبیاری 16 روز شد. محلولپاشی با تیمار صمغ عربی نه تنها موجب بهبود صفات مورفولوژیکی، فیزیولوژیکی و شاخص بهرهوری آب ابیاری نشد، بلکه به عنوان یک عامل بازدارنده تعیین شد. کلیه ترکیبات طبیعی ضد تعرق میزان هدایت روزنهای و دمای سطح برگ را نسبت به شاهد به طور معنیداری کاهش دادند. به نظر میرسد استفاده از ترکیب طبیعی کیتوزان میتواند در شرایط تنش رطوبتی به عنوان یک ماده ضد تعرق در شرایط آب و هوایی مشهد مورد استفاده قرار گیرد.

پارامترهای رشدی، عملکرد و کیفیت خیار گلخانهای تحت تأثیر نسبتهای مختلف پتاسیم به کلسیم محلول غذایی در سیستم بدون خاک
نسبت پتاسیم به کلسیم محلول غذایی در کشتهای بدون خاک نقش مؤثری بر جذب سایر عناصر معدنی و در نتیجه پارامترهای رشد و نموی بویژه کمیت و کیفیت محصولات تولیدی مانند خیار دارد. با هدف بررسی تأثیر نسبتهای مختلف پتاسیم به کلسیم (2 و 5/1، 1، 7/0، 5/0) بر خصوصیات فیزیولوژیکی و بیوشیمیایی خیار رقم نگین، آزمایشی در قالب طرح کاملاً تصادفی با سه تکرار در سیستم باز کشت بدون خاک با بستر ترکیبی کوکوپیت و پرلیت (1:1) اجرا گردید. نتایج بیانگر تأثیر معنیدار نسبت پتاسیم به کلسیم بر وزن تر و خشک بوته و ریشه، درصد کلسیم و پتاسیم گیاه، صفات کیفی میوه خیار، کربوهیدرات کل، فنل کل و میزان ویتامین ث میوه بود. بر همین اساس بیشترین وزن تر ریشه (36/29 گرم در بوته)، وزن خشک ریشه (88/1 گرم در بوته)، طول میوه (3/13 سانتیمتر)، سفتی بافت و وزن تر میوه (112 گرم)، میزان کلسیم و پتاسیم برگ و محتوای نسبی آب برگ (7/57 درصد) بوته خیار در نسبت برابر پتاسیم به کلسیم مشاهده گردید. همچنین بیشترین محتوای ویتامین ث میوه بهترتیب در نسبتهای پتاسیم به کلسیم 5/1 و 1 حاصل شد. نسبت پتاسیم به کلسیم برابر 1، سبب تولید بیشترین طول و وزن میوه بهعنوان اجزای اصلی عملکرد گردید؛ برهمین اساس حداکثر عملکرد میوه (72/8 کیلوگرم در بوته) نیز در نسبت مذکور بدست آمد. براساس نتایج آزمایش نسبت پتاسیم به کلسیم برابر یک بدلیل بهبود پارامترهای رشدونموی و جذب عناصر غذایی منجر به افزایش عملکرد و کیفیت میوه خیار رقم نگین در سیستم بدون خاک گردید.

بهینهسازی القای ریشههای مویین و تولید زیستتوده در گیاه کاسنی Cichorium intybus L.))
ریشههای مویین حاصل از تلقیح گیاهان با سویههای مختلف Agrobacterium rhizogenes به عنوان ابزار کشت بافتی برای تولید متابولیتهای ثانویه میباشد زیرا ریشههای مویین از ثبات ژنتیکی و بیوشیمیایی برخوردارند همچنین قادرند متابولیتهای گیاهی را در زمان کوتاهی تولید کنند. کاسنی (Cichorium intybus L.) گیاه دارویی متعلق به تیرهی Asteraceae میباشد و حاوی ترکیبات دارویی بسیار مهمی از جمله شیکوریک اسید، اینولین، اسکولین، کومارین و فلاونوئیدها میباشد. در این تحقیق، القای ریشههای مویین توسط A. rhizogenes سویهی 11325 انجام شد. تأثیر سه مدت همکشتی مختلف (24، 48 و 72 ساعت) بر کارایی القای ریشههای مویین در ریزنمونههای برگ و دمبرگ 20 روزه و 28 روزه بررسی شد. بیشترین درصد القای ریشههای مویین (33/53 درصد) و تعداد ریشه (5/8 ریشه در هر ریزنمونه) و بیشترین طول ریشه (16/9 سانتیمتر) در ریزنمونهی برگ 20 روزه و 72 ساعت هم کشتی حاصل شد. تائید مولکولی ریشههای مویین به وسیلهی PCR با استفاده از آغازگرهای اختصاصی ژن rolB انجام شد. در ادامه، تأثیر سه نوع محیط کشت مختلف (MS جامد، MS مایع و MS 2/1مایع) بر میزان تولید زیستتوده در پر رشدترین لاین ریشههای مویین بررسی شد. نتایج نشان داد محیط کشت MS 2/1 مایع، بهترین محیط کشت برای تولید بیشترن وزن تر (01/2 گرم) و خشک (16/0 گرم) میباشد.

بررسی صفات مورفولوژیکی تعدادی از ژنوتیپهای بومی زیتون (Olea europaea L.) در استان کرمانشاه
ایران یکی از خاستگاههای زیتون در جهان است و تنوع قابل ملاحظهای در بین اکوتیپهای آن از شمال تا جنوب کشور وجود دارد. در این آزمایش ژنوتیپهای بومی زیتون موجود در کرمانشاه طی سالهای 1385-1383 بررسی شدند. این ژنوتیپها از شش منطقه استان کرمانشاه تهیه و از نظر صفات مورفولوژی و میزان روغن براساس توصیه IOOC4 مورد ارزیابی قرار گرفتند. نتایج نشان داد که تنوع قابل توجهای در بین ژنوتیپهای مورد مطالعه وجود دارد این تنوع هم بین مناطق و هم بین ژنوتیپهای داخل یک منطقه مشاهد شد. همبستگی مثبت و معنیداری بین وزن میوه با عرض برگ، وزن هسته و درصد گوشت مشاهده شد و همچنین همبستگی مثبت و معنیداری بین درصد روغن در مادهتر با طول میانگره و عرض برگ مشاهده گردید. تجزیه خوشهای، ژنوتیپها را براساس صفات مورفولوژیک در چهار دسته کلی تقسیمبندی کرد. این تقسیمبندی تا حدود زیادی توانست ژنوتیپهای که در یک منطقه هستند در دستههای مشابه قرار دهد که این امر نشاندهنده آن است که علاوه بر تنوعی که بین این مناطق وجود دارد داخل یک منطقه نیز تنوع قابل توجهی وجود دارد. بهطور کلی میتوان نتیجه گرفت که ژنوتیپهای استان کرمانشاه تنوع زیادی دارند و صفات مورد مطالعه نیز با وزن میوه و درصد روغن همبستگی خوبی دارند و میتوان به نحو شایسته از این ژنوتیپها و صفات در برنامههای اصلاحی استفاده کرد.

تأثیر نانوذرات دیاکسید تیتانیوم و EDTA بر برخی عناصر غذایی و خصوصیات رشدی گیاه اسفناج (Spinacea oleracea)
با توجه به افزایش روزافزون کاربرد نانومواد در صنایع مختلف بخصوص نانوذرات دیاکسید تیتانیوم (TiO2) و افزایش این ماده در خاک و آب و باتوجه به اثرات این مواد بر روی گیاهان به عنوان اولین زنجیره غذایی، بررسی و مطالعهی اثرات آن بسیار حائز اهمیت میباشد. نانوذرات دیاکسید تیتانیوم به دلیل خاصیت فتوکاتالیستی5 خود دارای توانایی تأثیرگذاری بر سیستمهای رشدی گیاهان میباشد. تحقیق حاضر با هدف بررسی اثر نانوذرات دیاکسید تیتانیوم به همراه کلاتEDTA6 بر غلظت عناصر غذایی نیتروژن، فسفر، پتاسیم، درصد پروتئین و همچنین برخی ویژگیهای رشدی اسفناج به عنوان گیاه دارویی انجام شد. آزمایش بصورت فاکتوریل و در قالب طرح کاملاً تصادفی شامل سه سطح TiO2 (صفر= T1، 05/0 میلیگرم در لیتر= T2، 1/0 میلیگرم در لیتر= T3) و دو سطح EDTA (صفر= E1 و 130 میلیمولار=E2) با سه تکرار در گلخانه تحقیقاتی دانشگاه فردوسی مشهد در سال 1392 انجام شد و نمونهبرداری از بافت برگی گیاه یک هفته پس از محلولپاشی و قبل از ورود گیاه به فاز زایشی انجام پذیرفت. بر اساس نتایج، تیمارهای T1E2,T2E1,T2E2 موجب افزایش وزنتر و خشک اندامهای هوایی و سطح برگ شدند. همچنین نتایج نشان داد اثرات متقابل بین نانوذرات دیاکسید تیتانیوم و EDTA درخصوص درصد نیتروژن، درصد پروتئین و درصد پتاسیم معنیدار بود، بطوریکه بیشترین میانگینها در سطوح T2E2 در مقایسه باT1E2 و T3E2 مشاهده شد که بیانگر تأثیر مثبت EDTA بر کاهش فعالیت سوء نانوذرات دیاکسید تیتانیوم در این غلظت از نانوذره میباشد. کمترین غلظت نیتروژن و درصد پروتئین گیاه مربوط به تیمارهای T1E2,T3E2,T3E1 بود. لذا با در نظر گرفتن تأثیر مطلوب تیمار 05/0 میلیگرم در لیتر نانوذره دیاکسید تیتانیوم به همراه 130 میلیمولار EDTA بر روی غلظت نیتروژن، پتاسیم، فسفر، درصد پروتئین و همچنین خصوصیات رشدی اندام هوایی گیاه، کاربرد این تیمار جهت بهبود خصوصیات رشدی گیاه اسفناج توصیه میگردد.

تأثیر تنش شوری بر عملکرد و اجزای عملکرد سه توده طالبی ایرانی
به منظور بررسی عملکرد و اجزای عملکرد سه توده طالبی (سمسوری ورامین، تیل سبز مشهد و مگسی نیشابور) در سطوح مختلف شوری (2 و 8 دسیزیمنس بر متر) پژوهشی در سال 1391 در مرکز تحقیقات کشاورزی ورامین انجام شد. در این پژوهش طرح کرتهای خرد شده بر اساس طرح بلوکهای کامل تصادفی با سه تکرار استفاده شد و دو سطح شوری کرتهای اصلی و سه توده طالبی کرتهای فرعی را تشکیل دادند. اثر برهمکنش شوری و ژنوتیپ بر صفت طول میوه (در سطح یک درصد) و بر صفات ضخامت حفره بذر، درصد مواد جامد محلول، قطر گوشت میوه، وزن میوه و عملکرد تازه از نظر آماری معنیدار (در سطح 5 درصد) بود. در شوری 8 دسیزیمنس بر متر عملکرد تازه سمسوری ورامین، تیل سبز مشهد و مگسی نیشابور نسبت به شوری 2 دسیزیمنس بر متر به ترتیب 7/32، 6/45 و 80 درصد کاهش یافت. با افزایش شوری از 2 به 8 دسیزیمنس بر متر راندمان مصرف آب در سه توده سمسوری ورامین، تیل سبز مشهد و مگسی نیشابور به ترتیب 6/32، 48/45 و 7/80 درصد کاهش یافت. تیمار شوری 8 دسیزیمنس بر متر نسبت به تیمار شاهد، درصد مواد جامد محلول میوه را در توده مگسی نیشابور، تیل سبز مشهد و سمسوری به ترتیب 8/5، 75/1 و 5/1 برابر افزایش داد. با توجه به افت عملکرد هر سه توده آزمایش شده در این پژوهش، استفاده از آب با شوری 8 دسیزیمنس بر متر نمیتواند برای کشت این محصول در منطقه مناسب باشد.

به منظور بررسی اثر اسپرمیدین بر تحمل به سرمای دانهالهای خیار رقم مزرعهای ’رشید‘، پژوهشی در قالب طرح کاملاً تصادفی با چهار تکرار و چهار تیمار شامل غلظتهای صفر، 1/0، 5/0 و 1 میلیمولار اسپرمیدین در انکوباتور در دانشکده کشاورزی دانشگاه صنعتی اصفهان به صورت دو آزمایش مجزا اجرا شد. به این منظور بذرها در محیطی مرطوب، به مدت 7 روز در دمای 20 درجه سلسیوس و پس از تیمار با اسپرمیدین، 8 روز در دماهای 6 یا 9 درجه سلسیوس قرار داده شدند. در پایان هر آزمایش ویژگیهایی شامل طول، وزن تر و خشک، نشت یونی و پرولین در ساقه و ریشه اندازهگیری شد. جهت مقایسه اثر دما و برهمکنش آن با غلظتهای متفاوت اسپرمیدین دادههای دو آزمایش با همدیگر در یک طرح کرتهای خرد شده (2 دمای متفاوت انکوباتور به صورت 2 کرت اصلی و 4 غلظت اسپرمیدین به صورت 4 کرت فرعی) آنالیز آماری شد. نتایج به دست آمده در این پژوهش نشان داد که کاربرد اسپرمیدین در بالاترین غلظت (1 میلیمولار) اثرات معکوسی در تعدیل سرمازدگی در دمای 9 درجه سلسیوس داشت، به طوریکه وزن تر و خشک ریشه را کاهش داد. غلظت 5/0 میلیمولار اسپرمیدین در دمای 6 درجه سلسیوس مؤثرتر از سایر غلظتها بود و باعث افزایش وزن تر ریشه، کاهش میزان نشت یونی ریشه و افزایش پرولین ساقه شد. نتایج آنالیز کرتهای خرد شده نشان داد که در مجموع غلظتهای 1/0 و 5/0 میلیمولار اسپرمیدین باعث افزایش معنیدار طول ریشه، وزن تر و خشک ریشه شد. مقایسه میانگین برهمکنش دما و غلظت اسپرمیدین نشان داد که بر خلاف این که در مجموع تیمارهای 5/0 میلیمولار اسپرمیدین باعث افزایش معنیدار طول ریشه، وزن تر و خشک ریشه شد، به دلیل وجود برهمکنش معنیدار بین دما و غلظت اسپرمیدین این اثراتِ افزایش صرفاً در دمای 6 درجه سلسیوس مشاهده شد و در دمای 9 درجه سلسیوس تفاوت معنیداری با تیمار شاهد نداشت.

تلاقی رقم تجارتی آیلار با لاینهای منتخب والدینی خیار و ارزیابی نتاج آنها
خیار یکی از محصولات عمده در سبزیکاری است که اصلاح و تولید بذر آن در کشور دارای اهمیت فراوان است. اگرچه ارقام محلی خیار از نظر طعم و مزه و مقاومت به بیماریها ویژگیهای مطلوبی دارند، اما از نظر برخی صفات مثل عملکرد و شاخص مهم آن مانند تعداد گل ماده دارای ضعف میباشند. این تحقیق به منظور بررسی امکان تلاقی رقم تجارتی آیلار با لاینهای منتخب والدینی شامل A10، B10 و B12 و بررسی نتاج آنها از نظر بهبود صفت مادهگلزایی صورت گرفت. رقم تجارتی آیلار با بیش از 80 درصد گلهای ماده و تولید سه تا چهار گل در هر گره از شرکت هامون تهیه شد. نتاج حاصل از تلاقی رقم تجارتی آیلار و لاینهای منتخب در قالب طرح بلوکهای کامل تصادفی با سه تکرار کشت شدند و صفات تعداد گل ماده، تعداد گل نر، درصد گل ماده، درصد گل نر و تعداد ساقه فرعی در آنها بررسی شدند. بیشترین تعداد و درصد گل ماده در نتاج حاصل از تلاقی رقم تجارتی آیلار با لاین B12 به دست آمد و پس از آن به ترتیب جمعیتهای حاصل از تلاقی آیلار در B10 و آیلار در A10 قرار گرفتند. از نظر گلهای نر نیز کمترین تعداد گل نر در جمعیت آیلار در A10 مشاهده شد. بررسی ساقههای فرعی اختلاف معنیداری بین نتاج نشان نداد. مقایسه میانگین از طریق آزمون توکی نیز افزایش گلهای ماده در جمعیتهای حاصل از تلاقی با رقم تجارتی را نسبت به لاینهای منتخب والدینی نشان داد. امید میرود در آزمایشهای بعدی با انجام تلاقیهای برگشتی برترین نتاج به دست آمده از این تحقیق با لاینهای منتخب، بتوان به لاینهایی مشابه لاینهای منتخب با تعداد گلهای ماده بیشتر دست یافت.

اثر محلولپاشی برگی پتاسیم، روی و بُر بر خصوصیات میوه برخی ارقام زیتون
بررسی تأثیر محلولپاشی برگی بُر، روی و پتاسیم بر خصوصیات میوه سه رقم زیتون کرونایکی، کایلت و میشن در قالب آزمایشی بهصورت فاکتوریل بر پایه بلوکهای کامل تصادفی با سه تکرار در سال 1395 در باغ زیتون دانشگاه شهید چمران اهواز صورت گرفت. در این آزمایش درختان طی چهار مرحله، یک هفته قبل از باز شدن کامل گلها، دو هفته بعد از باز شدن کامل گلها، مرحله سخت شدن هسته و مرحله تجمع و سنتز روغن، با آب مقطر (شاهد) (T0)، ترکیب سولفات پتاسیم، سولفات روی و اسیدبوریک از هر کدام 1000 میلیگرم در لیتر (T1) و ترکیب سولفات پتاسیم، سولفات روی و اسیدبوریک از هر کدام 2000 میلیگرم در لیتر (T2) محلولپاشی شدند. نتایج نشان داد بین تیمارهای محلولپاشی در وزن میوه، وزن تر گوشت میوه، نسبت گوشت به هسته، درصد روغن، ابعاد میوه و هسته و میزان پتاسیم، روی، بُر و نیتروژن موجود در میوه اختلاف معنیداری در سطح یک درصد وجود داشت، ولی محلولپاشی بر وزن هسته مؤثر نبود. همچنین تیمار T2بیشترین تأثیر مثبت را بر افزایش خصوصیات میوه نسبت به سایر تیمارها داشت. بیشترین درصد روغن به میزان 69/23 درصد وزن خشک در رقم کرونایکی در تیمار T1 و همچنین بیشترین وزن میوه (48/2 گرم) و وزن تر گوشت میوه (83/1 گرم) در رقم میشن در تیمار T2 بدست آمد. رقم میشن بیشترین و رقم کرونایکی کمترین واکنش را به محلولپاشی نشان دادند. بهطور کلی مشاهده شد که خصوصیات میوه در ارقام مختلف متفاوت میباشد و تحت تأثیر نوع رقم و غلظت محلولپاشی میباشد و جهت بهبود خصوصیات میوه در مناطق گرم، محلولپاشی برگی درختان میوه زیتون سودمند میباشد.

بررسی تغییرات فیزیولوژیکی و بیوشیمیایی پسته رقم احمدآقایی روی ژنوتیپهای پایه متحمل و حساس به سرما در شرایط تنش یخزدگی
بهمنظور بررسی اثر ژنوتیپ پایه بر واکنش پسته رقم احمدآقایی نسبت به تنش یخزدگی، آزمایشی به صورت فاکتوریل در قالب طرح کاملاً تصادفی با چهار تکرار انجام شد. تیمارها در دو سطح: ژنوتیپ پایه (چهار ژنوتیپ متحمل و چهار ژنوتیپ حساس به سرما) و دما (2- و 4- درجه سانتیگراد) اجرا شد. در مرحله تمام گل، از شاخههای انتهایی رقم احمد آقایی پیوند شده روی این ژنوتیپها نمونهگیری شد. شاخهها در گلدانهای حاوی آب مقطر در دمای 2- و 4- درجه سانتیگراد به مدت دو ساعت قرار گرفتند. پس از اعمال تیمارها، شاخص سرمازدگی تعیین شد، ازخوشههای گل تیمارها جهت اندازهگیری پارامترهای فیزیولوژیکی و بیوشیمیایی استفاده گردید. نتایج نشان داد شدت سرمازدگی در ژنوتیپهای پایه متحمل به سرما بهطور معنیداری کمتر از ژنوتیپهای پایه حساس در دو دمای 2- و 4- درجه سانتیگراد میباشد. میزان نشت یونی، پراکسیدهیدروژن، مالوندآلدهید در ژنوتیپهای پایه متحمل به سرما بهطور معنیداری پایینتر از ژنوتیپهای حساس به سرما بود. میزان قندهای محلول، پروتئین کل، پرولین و فعالیت آنزیمهایکاتالاز، آسکورباتپراکسیداز و گایاکولپراکسیداز در ژنوتیپهای پایه متحمل به سرما بهطور معنیداری بیشتر از ژنوتیپهای پایه حساس به سرما بوده است. نتایج مربوط به اثر متقابل دما و ژنوتیپ نشان داد که دمای 4- درجه سانتیگراد باعث افزایش معنیدار نشت یونی، پرولین، پراکسیدهیدروژن و مالوندآلدهید و کاهش فعالیت آنزیمهای کاتالاز، آسکورباتپراکسیداز و گایاکولپراکسیداز نسبت به دمای 2- درجه سانتیگراد مخصوصا در پایههای حساس به سرما شد. با توجه به صفات مورد مطالعه، متحملترین ژنوتیپ پایه به سرما TR1 بود.

اثر برخی اکسینهای مصنوعی روی عملکرد و بازارپسندی چهار رقم آلو
اندازه میوه نقش مهمی در بازارپسندی و قیمت میوه آلوی ژاپنی دارد. بهمنظور بهبود اندازه میوه آلوهای ژاپنی، اثرات محلولپاشی دو اکسین مصنوعی NAA (0، 300 و 400 میلیگرم بر لیتر) و 2,4-D (0، 10 و 30 میلیگرم بر لیتر) در یک آزمایش اسپلیت فاکتوریل بر پایه طرح بلوکهای کامل تصادفی با چهار تکرار در چهار رقم آلوی ژاپنی (قطرهطلا، شابلونهای زودرس، میانرس و دیررس) در باغ تجاری شرکت کشاورزی ران در استان گلستان طی سالهای 1394- 1395 مورد بررسی قرار گرفت. صفات طول، قطر، نسبت طول به قطر و وزن میوه، عملکرد، کارایی عملکرد و درصد میوه درجه یک و دو ارزیابی شدند. نتایج نشان داد که اکسینهای مصنوعی باعث افزایش معنیدار در سطح احتمال یک درصد در اندازه میوه آلوی ژاپنی شدند. ارقام آلو پاسخهای متفاوتی در مقابل تیمارهای محلولپاشی نشان دادند. محلولپاشی 2,4-D و NAA به صورت میانگین عملکرد در هر درخت را در ارقام شابلون زودرس، میانرس، دیررس و قطره طلا به ترتیب 30، 60، 28 و 34 درصد افزایش داد. تنظیمکنندههای رشدی اکسینی باعث افزایش اندازه میوه و عملکرد میوه آلو ژاپنی میشوند.
