اثر اسید سالیسیلیک بر کاهش خسارت سرمازدگی بهاره در برخی ارقام ویتیس وینیفرا و ویتیس ریپاریا
انگور یکی از میوههای مناطق معتدله است که اغلب در اثر سرمازدگی بهاره دچار صدمه میشود. پژوهش حاضر بمنظور بررسی اثر اسیدسالیسیلیک بر کاهش صدمه ناشی از سرمازدگی بهاره در ارقام انگور بیدانه سفید، پرلت و گونه ریپاریا، بصورت فاکتوریل در قالب طرح کاملاً تصادفی با سه تکرار انجام شد. اسیدسالیسیلیک با غلظتهای صفر (شاهد)، 5/0 و 1 میلیمولار در دو مرتبه در مرحله 5-4 برگی و با فاصله زمانی 24 ساعت روی نهالهای دوساله گلدانی محلولپاشی گردید. پس از 24 ساعت، عامل دما در سه سطح شامل عدم سرما (گلخانه با دمای طبیعی)، دماهای صفر و 2- درجه سانتیگراد به مدت 8 ساعت اعمال شد. نتایج نشان داد که با افزایش شدت تنش سرما تا 2- درجه سانتی گراد درصد سوختگی شاخه افزایش و درصد زندهمانی جوانه های باقی مانده کاهش یافت، همچنین تحت این شرایط صدمه به غشاء سلولی و در نتیجه نشت یونی و تولید مالون دی آلدهید افزایش نشان داد. کاربرد اسیدسالیسیلیک با غلظت 1 میلیمولار باعث کاهش صدمه به شاخه و افزایش قدرت بازیابی نهالها گردید و کمترین میزان نشت الکترولیتی (18 درصد) و مالون دی آلدهید (15/0 نانومول بر گرم وزن تر) نیز در این غلظت مشاهده شد. همچنین افزایش غلظت پرولین (6/193 میکرومول بر گرم وزن تر) و ترکیبات فنولی (6/26 میلی گرم بر گرم وزن تر) و حداکثر تجمع کربوهیدراتهای محلول (3/12 میلی گرم بر گرم وزن تر) در تیمار یک میلیمولار اسیدسالیسیلیک اتفاق افتاد. بنظر میرسد اسیدسالیسیلیک توانسته است منجر به کاهش صدمات ناشی از تنش سرما به غشای سلولها شده و با افزایش قدرت بازیابی نهالهای تحت تنش، اثرات منفی سرمازدگی را بهبود بخشد.

اثر فواصل آبیاری و ترکیبات ضد تعرق بر ترکیبات فنلی، محتوای کلروفیل، کاروتنوئید، میزان پرولین، درصد و عملکرد اسانس گیاه دارویی سیاهدانه (sativa Nigella)
به منظور ارزیابی اثر فواصل آبیاری و ترکیبات ضد تعرق بر خصوصیات بیوشیمیایی سیاهدانه، تحقیقی در سال زراعی 1392-1391 در دانشکده کشاورزی دانشگاه فردوسی مشهد آزمایشی بصورت کرتهای خرد شده با طرح پایه بلوکهای کامل تصادفی انجام شد. در کرتهای اصلی فواصل آبیاری (8 و 16 روز) و در کرتهای فرعی ترکیبات ضد تعرق کیتوزان (1، 5/0 ، 25/0 ،0 درصد)، موسیلاژ اسفرزه (5/1، 1 ، 5/0، 0 درصد) و صمغ عربی (75/0، 5/0، 25/0، 0 درصد) با سه تکرار قرار گرفتند. صفات مورد اندازهگیری عبارت بودند از: ترکیبات فنولی، پرولین، کلروفیل، کاروتنوئید، درصد و عملکرد اسانس. نتایج به دست آمده نشان داد اثر آبیاری و مواد ضد تعرق بر صفات مورد اندازهگیری معنیدار بود. میزان ترکیبات فنولی، پرولین، کلروفیل و کارتنوئید در فاصله آبیاری 16 روز افزایش یافت، که این افزایش خود نوعی مکانیسم مقاومت به شرایط خشکی است. ترکیبات ضد تعرق محتوی کلروفیل، کاروتنوئید، ترکیبات فنلی، پرولین را نسبت به شاهد کاهش دادند. افزایش فواصل آبیاری درصد و عملکرد اسانس را کاهش داد. ترکیبات ضد تعرق اثر معنیداری بر میزان مواد موثره گیاه داشت. در بین تیمارهای مورد مطالعه دور آبیاری 8 روز و تیمار کیتوزان 1 درصد بیشترین درصد اسانس (23/0 درصد) و عملکرد اسانس (91/12 کیلوگرم در هکتار) حاصل شد. دور آبیاری 8 روز و ترکیب کیتوزان در غلظت 1 درصد تاثیر معنیداری در کلیه صفات مورد بررسی نسبت به نمونه شاهد داشتند. با توجه به اثر بخشی ترکیبات ضد تعرق این ترکیبات طبیعی میتوانند جایگزین مناسبی برای ترکیبات شیمیایی باشند.

بررسی تغییرات رشدی گیاه کرفس (Apium graveolens) تحت تیمار ورمی کمپوست و قارچ Trichoderma harzianum BI
با توجه به اهمیت کودهای زیستی و استفاده بهینه از آنها در کشاورزی پژوهش حاضر با هدف بررسی اثر ورمیکومپوست و قارچ تریکودرما بر برخی خصوصیات مورفولوژیکی گیاه کرفس پایهریزی شد. این طرح به صورت یک آزمایش گلدانی تحت شرایط کشت بدون خاک در گلخانه، در قالب آزمایش فاکتوریل بر پایه طرح کاملاً تصادفی با 4 غلظت قارچ Trichoderma harzianum جدایه BI : صفر درصد (شاهد)، 5 درصد، 10 درصد و 15 درصد حجم50 لیتری آب مصرفی و همچنین 4 تیمار ورمی کمپوست شامل: صفر درصد (شاهد)، 25 درصد، 50 درصد و 75 درصد حجم گلدان با 3 تکرار اجرا شد. نتایج حاصل از این تحقیق حاکی از اثر مثبت کاربرد توام ورمیکمپوست و قارچ تریکودرما بود. به طوریکه بیشترین وزن خشک ساقه (23/49 گرم)، تعداد برگ (46 عدد)، قطر ساقه (15 میلیمتر) و میزان کلروفیل و کاروتنوئید در کاربرد ورمیکمپوست × قارچ تریکودرما نسبت به تیمار شاهد مشاهده شد. طول ساقه اصلی به میزان (20/77 سانتیمتر) تحت تاثیر قارچ با غلظت 10 درصد در بیشترین میزان نسبت به سایر تیمارها بود، همچنین تیمار 50 درصد حجمی ورمیکمپوست بیشترین طول ریشه (66/36 سانتیمتر) را داشت. بیشترین میزان کلروفیل a در اثر متقابل ورمیکمپوست 75 درصد و غلظت قارچ 15 درصد (02/10 میلیگرم در گرم وزن تر برگ) مشاهده شد. به طور کلی نتایج نشان داد که کاربرد ورمیکمپوست در بستر کشت و استفاده از عصاره قارچ تریکودرما با تیمار هم زمان از عصاره قارچ 15 درصد × ورمیکمپوست 75 باعـث بهبود رشد و عملکرد گیاه کرفس میشوند که میتوان استفاده از آنها را در جهت بهبود رشد و عملکرد گیاه کرفس توصیه کرد.

غربالگری اکوتیپهای بید علفی پونهای ایران از لحاظ ظرفیت آنتی اکسیدانی
خصوصیات فیتوشیمیایی گیاهان دارویی بستگی به شرایط آب و هوایی منطقه تحت رویش، مرحله رشدی، عوامل ژنتیکی و غیره دارد، لذا مطالعه فلورهای وحشی در مناطقی با شرایط آب و هوایی مختلف مهم میباشد. تحقیق حاضر به غربالگری 16 اکوتیپ بیدعلفی پونهای (Epilobium parviflorum) ایران از لحاظ ظرفیت آنتی اکسیدانی (AOX) می پردازد. مقدار فنل کل(TPH) ، فلاونوئید کل (TFL) و ظرفیت آنتی اکسیدانی به ترتیب با روشهای فولین- سیکالتو، کلرید آلومینیوم و قدرت احیای فریک (FRAP) اندازهگیری شد. تجزیه رگرسیون جهت بررسی رابطه بین ظرفیت آنتی اکسیدانی با ارتفاع و عرض جغرافیایی انجام شد و برای بررسی رابطه خطی بین متغیرها از ضریب همبستگی پیرسون استفاده گردید. میان اکوتیپهای پارویفلروم همبستگی بالایی بین TPH و TFL (r=0.7)، بینAOX با TPH (r=0.71) و AOX با TFL (r=0.73) مشاهده گردید. تجزیه به مولفههای اصلی نشان داد، دو مولفه اول 87/87 درصد از کل تغییرات را توجیه میکنند، سهم مولفه اول 13/62 درصد و مولفه دوم 74/25 درصد بود. در مولفه اول TFL، TPH و AOX به ترتیب با ضرایب 78/0، 76/0 و 85/0 قرار گرفتند. بیشترین مقدار TPH، TFL و AOX مربوط به اکوتیپ چشمه سنگان و کمترین برای اکوتیپ کلیبر مشاهده گردید. 6 اکوتیپ دارای مقدار مطلوب TFL، TPH و AOX بودند. تجزیه رگرسیون ارتباطی را بین ظرفیت AOX با ارتفاع (R2=0.04) و نیز با عرض جغرافیایی (R2=0.14) نشان نداد. نتایج بیانگر وجود تنوع قابل ملاحظهای بین اکوتیپها برای صفات تحت مطالعه بود که میتواند در برنامههای اصلاحی و حفاظت ژرم پلاسم بهرهگیری شود.

ارزیابی تأثیر سطوح مختلف مصرف کودهای شیمیایی، آلی و کمپوست بر برخی ترکیبات شیمیایی اسانس شمعدانی معطر (Pelargonum graveolens)
به منظور بررسی تأثیر کودهای شیمیایی، آلی و کمپوست بر مقدار، ترکیبات اسانس و اجزاء عملکرد شمعدانی معطر (Pelargonum graveolens)، آزمایشی در قالب طرح بلوکهای کامل تصادفی با سه تکرار اجرا شد. تیمارها شامل کود آلی در یک سطح (3 تن در هکتار)، کود شیمیایی در دو سطح ( 75 و 100 کیلو در هکتار) و کود کمپوست در دو سطح (15 و 20 تن در هکتار) بودند. بوتههای تیمار شده در اواسط مهرماه مصادف با دوران گلدهی برداشت گردید و اسانس آنها توسط دستگاه کلونجر استخراج و پس از آبگیری توسط دستگاه GC آنالیز شد. نتایج نشان داد که تیمار با کودهای مختلف تاثیر معنیداری بر درصد اسانس ندارد. همچنین، ترکیبات شیمیایی اسانسهای حاصل از تیمارهای مختلف نیز بررسی شدند. سیترونلول (5/44-6/56 درصد)، سیترونلیل فرمات (2/12-3/18 درصد)، ژرانیول (2/2-6/7 درصد) و ایزومنتون (9/1-1/6 درصد) چهار ترکیب شاخص در اسانس شمعدانی معطر بودند. نتایج نشان داد که تیمار با کود کمپوست در مقیاس 15 تن مقدار ترکیب سیترونلول را به 94/51 درصد در اسانس شمعدانی عطری افزایش میدهد. ولی تیمارهای دیگر تاثیر معنیداری بر دیگر ترکیبات اسانس شمعدانی معطر نداشتند. همچنین صفاتی نظیر متوسط ارتفاع بوته، متوسط تعداد شاخه اصلی، حداکثر وزن تر بوته، متوسط وزن تر هر بوته اندازهگیری شدند. در بررسی نوع کود بر صفات مذکور اثر معنیداری مشاهده نشد.

مطالعه سازگاری برخی ارقام و یک ژنوتیپ ایرانی آلبالو با استفاده از واکنش زنجیرهای پلیمراز و فلورسنس میکروسکوپی
آلبالو (Prunus cerasus L.) متعلق به خانواده Rosaceae، زیر خانواده پرونوئیده، یکی از مهمترین میوههای هستهدار مناطق معتدله میباشد. ایران بعد از کشورهای ترکیه و آمریکا سومین کشور تولید کننده آلبالو در دنیا است. اگرچه اکثر ارقام آلبالو خودسازگار میباشند ولی اخیراً ارقام خودناسازگار یا کمی خودناسازگار گزارش شده و به مرور زمان بر تعداد آنها افزوده میشود. در این مطالعه روابط خود و دگر(نا)سازگاری برخی ارقام و دو ژنوتیپ برتر ایرانی آلبالو، با استفاده از ردیابی نفوذ لوله گرده در خامه با میکروسکوپ فلورسنت، و روش PCR با آغازگرهای دیجنریت بررسی شد. ارقام شامل ارقام ’متئور‘، ’مونت مورنسی‘،’محلی‘،’مجارستانی دیررس‘ و یک ژنوتیپ برتر گزینش شده از مناطق مختلف ایران بویژه استانهای آذربایجان شرقی و غربی بودند. در مطالعه میکروسکوپی، ترکیب تلاقیها بر اساس همپوشانی گلدهی ارقام و ژنوتیپ انتخابی صورت گرفت. نتایج آزمایش نشان داد که در تلاقی ’محلی‘ X ’مونت مورنسی‘ بیشترین تشکیل میوه نهایی (5/15 درصد) مشاهده گردید. درهمه تلاقیها تعداد لوله گرده از کلاله تا ورودی تخمدان کاهش یافت. همچنین، نتایج مربوط به شناسایی آللهای ناسازگاری نشان دادند که در هیچکدام از ارقام و ژنوتیپ مورد مطالعه تمامی آللها یکسان نبودند و این نشانگر سازگاری همه آنها با همدیگر بود. بطور کلی نتایج هر دو روش همدیگر را تایید و نشان داد که همه ارقام و ژنوتیپ انتخابی را میتوان در احداث باغات آلبالو با هم کشت نمود.

درختان پسته دوپایه هستند و گردهافشانی به منظور پر کردن مغز میوه ضروری است. به منظور بررسی اثر گردهافشانی مصنوعی گرده اینتگریما با استفاده از دو روش اسپری و قلم مو بر برخی خصوصیات کمی و کیفی میوه پسته رقم فندقی آزمایشی به صورت فاکتوریل در قالب طرح پایه بلوکهای کامل تصادفی با سه تکرار در یکی از باغهای پسته آستان قدس رضوی واقع در شهرستان بردسکن در سال 97-1396 اجرا شد. تیمارهای آزمایشی شامل دو روش گردهافشان اسپری و استفاده از قلم مو با پنج ترکیب آرد- گرده و سه تکرار بودند. نتایج تجزیههای آماری نشان داد که استفاده از گرده آزاد گونه اهلی اثرات مثبت معنیداری بر اکثر صفات نسبت به سایر تیمارهای گرده گونه اینتگریما دارد و به میزان زیادی تعیین کننده تشکیل میوه در پسته است. البته تیمار IF4 (5/0 گرم گرده اینتگریما+ 25/0 گرم آرد) در صفت ریزش نهایی میوه با میانگین 50/7 درصد افزایش کمتری از لحاظ این صفت را در بین سایر تیمارهای آرد- گرده نسبت به شاهد نشان داد. همچنین در ارتباط با صفت خندانی در تیمار IF4 به میزان 39/9 درصد نسبت به شاهد افزایش مشاهده شد در حالیکه در تیمارهای IF1(2 گرم گرده اینتگریما+ 25/0 گرم آرد)، IF2 (5/1 گرم گرده اینتگریما+ 25/0 گرم آرد)، IF3 (1 گرم گرده اینتگریما+ 25/0 گرم آرد) به ترتیب 21/42، 63/36، 49/17 درصد کاهش خندانی نسبت به شاهد مشاهده شد. در ارتباط با صفت پوکی تیمار IF4 با میانگین 29/5 درصد کاهش کمتری از لحاظ این صفت را نسبت به شاهد نشان داد در حالیکه در تیمارهای IF1، IF2، IF3 به ترتیب 38/47، 08/38، 65/27 درصد افزایش پوکی نسبت به شاهد مشاهده شد. طبق نتایج روش گردهافشان اسپری نسبت به روش گردهافشان قلم مو در صفات مرحله دوم تشکیل میوه، مرحله نهایی تشکیل میوه، وزن تازه میوه، وزن تازه مغز و خندانی به ترتیب 45/1، 08/11، 15/1، 66/6، 93/7 درصد افزایش و در ارتباط با صفات ریزش میوه و پوکی به ترتیب 04/1 و 83/11 درصد کاهش نشان داد. در بررسی اثر متقابل روش گردهافشان × ترکیب آرد- گرده، روش گردهافشان اسپری در تیمار IF4 در صفات مرحله دوم و مرحله نهایی تشکیل میوه به ترتیب با میانگین 97/28، 41/63، 13/41 درصد نسبت به سایر تیمارها کاهش کمتری نسبت به شاهد نشان داد. همچنین در ارتباط با صفت پوکی در تیمار IF4 در روش گردهافشان اسپری 13/41 درصد نسبت به شاهد کاهش مشاهده شد در حالیکه سایر تیمارها نسبت به شاهد از لحاظ این صفت افزایش نشان دادند. بر اساس نتایج پژوهش حاضر، به نظر میرسد بتوان با استفاده از تیمار IF4 در روش گردهافشان اسپری تا حدودی باعث افزایش برخی صفات مانند خندانی و کاهش پوکی در باغهای پسته شد.

بررسی اثر زئولیت و بافت خاک بر خصوصیات کمی و کیفی گیاه پرچینی برگ نو (Ligustrum vulgare) در سطوح مختلف آبیاری
خشکی به عنوان یکی از مهمترین عوامل محدود کننده رشد و تولید گیاهان در فضای سبز شهری شناخته شده است. از طرفی استفاده از تکنیکهای جدید برای حفظ رطوبت خاک ضروری به نظر میرسد. از جمله این تکنیکها جهت افزایش نگهداری آب در خاک استفاده از مواد جاذب رطوبت طبیعی مثل زئولیت است. بنابراین به منظور بررسی اثر زئولیت و بافت خاک بر صفات کمی و کیفی گیاه پوششی برگ نو تحت تنش خشکی، آزمایشی به صورت فاکتوریل بر پایه طرح کاملاً تصادفی و در سه تکرار در گلخانه دانشکده کشاورزی دانشگاه فردوسی مشهد، در سال 1397 طراحی و اجرا شد. تیمارهای مورد آزمایش شامل چهار نوع بافت خاک (100 % خاک، 100 % شن، 80 % شن +20 % زئولیت، 80% خاک + 20% زئولیت) و سه سطح آبیاری (25 ،50 و 100 % ظرفیت زراعی) بود. با توجه به نتایج به دست آمده، کاهش سطوح آبیاری منجر به کاهش صفات رویشی از جمله وزن تر و خشک گیاه برگ نو، کاهش محتوای نسبی آب برگ و افزایش نشت یونی شد. در بین چهار بستر کشت استفاده شده در این آزمایش، بیشترین وزن تر ساقه (18 گرم)، وزن تر ریشه (29 گرم)، وزن تر کل (56 گرم) و وزن خشک کل (20 گرم) در تیمار خاک+زئولیت، و بیشترین وزن تر برگ، حجم ریشه و ارتفاع گیاه در دو تیمار خاک و خاک+زئولیت و کمترین حجم ریشه بدون اختلاف معنی دار در دو تیمار شن و شن+زئولیت بود. ضمن اینکه در تیمارهای حاوی زئولیت میزان نشت یونی نسبت به سایر بسترهای کشت کمتر بود. همچنین بیشترین مقدار عدد شاخص سبزینگی برگ (72) و کلروفیل b (5/31 میلیگرم بر گرم وزن تر) در تیمار شن+زئولیت و 25 % ظرفیت زراعی مشاهده شد. با توجه به نتایج بهدست آمده به نظر میرسد بستر کشت حاوی خاک و همچنین بستر کشت حاوی خاک و زئولیت در شرایط کم آبیاری، محیط مناسب تری برای رشد گیاه برگ نو بوده و بسترهای سبک شنی منجر به کاهش رشد گیاه در شرایط بدون تنش و همچنین تحت تنش خواهد شد.

اثر روشهای کاربرد و منابع مختلف کود آهن بر پارامترهای رویشی و فیزیولوژیکی گیاه گوجهفرنگی در سیستم آبکشت
بهمنظور تعیین بهترین روش کاربرد و نوع کود آهن بر جذب و تاثیر آن بر فرآیند فتوسنتز و رشد گیاه گوجهفرنگی، آزمایشی بصورت فاکتوریل، در قالب طرح کاملاً تصادفی با روش کاربرد کود (اضافه کردن به محیط ریشه و محلول پاشی) و نوع کود آهن (FeSO4، Fe-DTPA، Fe-EDTA و Fe-EDDHA) با 3 تکرار اجرا گردید. نتایج نشان داد که ارتفاع، وزن تر و وزن خشک گیاه تحت تاثیر روش کاربرد و نوع کود آهن قرار گرفت، به طوری که بیشترین و کمترین مقدار پارامترهای مذکور به ترتیب در تیمار Fe-EDTA در محیط ریشه و محلولپاشی FeSO4 بدست آمد. مقدار آهن ریشه و شاخساره گیاه نیز تحت تاثیر نوع کود آهن و روش کاربرد قرار گرفت بهطوری که تیمار Fe-EDTA در محیط ریشه و محلولپاشی آن به ترتیب بیشترین مقدار آهن ریشه و شاخساره را به خود اختصاص داد. همچنین عناصر میکرو و برخی از عناصر پرمصرف نظیر منیزیم و فسفر تحت تاثیر نوع کود و روش کاربرد عناصر قرار گرفتند. با توجه به تاثیر معنیدار کودهای مذکور و روش کاربرد، حداکثر محتوای کلروفیل (a، b و کل)، نسبت کلروفیل فلورسانس متغیر به حداکثر (Fv/Fm) و شاخص کارایی دستگاه فتوسنتزی (PI) برگهای جوان و پیر در تیمارFe-EDTA از طریق ریشه بدست آمد و بیشترین مقدار کارتنوئید و قندهای محلول به ترتیب در تیمار FeSO4 در محیط ریشه و محلول پاشی آن بدست آمد. لذا با توجه به نتایج این آزمایش، کود آهن Fe-EDTA بیشترین تاثیر را نسبت به سایر منابع آهن بر رشد رویشی گوجهفرنگی داشت.

اثر پیشتیمار پلی اتیلن گلیکول و ملاتونین بر مقاومت به سرما در نشاء خربزه خاتونی (Cucumis melo L.)
سرما از جمله تنشهای محیطی است که باعث بروز آسیبهای فیزیولوژیکی به سلولهای گیاهان حساس میشود. برای این منظور اثر پیشتیمار خشکی و کاربرد ملاتونین در جهت تحمل به سرما در نشاهای خربزه مورد بررسی قرار گرفت. تیمارهای آزمایش شامل سه سطح تنش خشکی (شاهد، 10 و 20 درصد پلی اتیلن گلیکول)، دو سطح ملاتونین (شاهد و 200 میکرو مولار) و دو سطح دمایی (شاهد و تنش سرما) بودند. نتایج نشان داد که با اعمال پیش تیمار خشکی گیاهان از محتوای پرولین بالاتری برخوردار بوده و همچنین با حفظ رطوبت نسبی، تنش دمای پایین را بهتر تحمل نمودند. بالاترین مقدار کلروفیل در تیمار بدون تنش خشکی، کاربرد ملاتونین و عدم تنش سرما به دست آمد. کاربرد ملاتونین بطور معنیداری باعث افزایش 98/1 درصد رطوبت نسبی و 60/26 درصد محتوای قند نسبت به شاهد گردید. مشخص گردید کاربرد ملاتونین باعث افزایش معنیدار ترکیبات فنلی تحت شرایط تنش شد و میزان نشت یونی بطور معنیداری کاهش یافت. بطور کلی نتایج نشان داد که پیش تیمار خشکی و کاربرد ملاتونین بطور موثری میتواند از خسارت ناشی از دمای پایین در مراحل اولیه رشد خربزه جلوگیری کند.

تأثیر خشک کردن مادون قرمز بر خصوصیات کیفی میوه سماق (Rhus coriaria L.)
در این تحقیق تاثیر روش خشککردن مادون قرمز بر زمان خشککردن و خصوصیات کیفی میوه سماق (تغییرات رنگ کل، میزان فنولیک کل، اسیدهای آلی و ویتامین ) بررسی شد. خشککن مادون قرمز در سه سطح شدت تابش (2/0، 3/0 و 5/0 وات بر سانتیمتر مربع) و سه سطح سرعت هوا (5/0، 1 و 5/1 متر بر ثانیه) مورد استفاده قرار گرفت. برای یافتن نقاط بهینه از نظر کمترین زمان خشکشدن و تغییرات رنگ کل (ΔE) و بیشترین خواص شیمیایی در طی خشککردن میوه سماق از روش سطح پاسخ (RSM) استفاده شد. نتایج نشاندهنده تاثیر معنیدار شدت تابش و سرعت هوا بر صفات مورد بررسی میوه سماق به غیر از محتوای فنولیک کل بود. کمترین زمان خشکشدن مربوط به تیمار W/cm2 5/0× m/s5/1 بود. کمترین تغییرات رنگ کل و بیشترین میزان اسیدهای آلی در تیمار W/cm2 2/0× m/s 5/1 و بیشترین میزان ویتامین در تیمارهای W/cm2 2/0× m/s 1 و W/cm2 3/0× m/s 1 به دست آمد. بهترین نقطه خشککردن سماق در تیمار شدت تابش W/cm2 3/0 و سرعت هوای m/s 5/0 با شاخص مطلوبیت 71/0 به دست آمد. در نهایت نتایج نشان داد که خشککردن به روش مادون قرمز علاوه بر کاهش زمان خشککردن روش مناسبی برای حفظ خواص شیمیایی و تغییرات رنگ کل میوه سماق است.

مقایسه خصوصیات فنولوژیکی، مورفولوژیکی و پومولوژیکی شش ژنوتیپ امیدبخش زردآلو در شرایط استان خراسان رضوی
حدود 25 درصد سطح زیر کشت باغهای درختان میوه هستهدار کشور به کشت زردآلو اختصاص دارد. با این حال، محصول تولیدی این باغها بهدلیل استفاده از ژنوتیپها، همسانهها و ارقام محلی کمبازده غالباً غیریکنواخت و فاقد کیفیت لازم برای عرضه در بازارهای جهانی است. برای رفع تدریجی این مشکل و افزایش نفوذ ارقام و ژنوتیپهای پربازده به عرصه تولید، ویژگی شش ژنوتیپ انتخابی (190، 269، 414، 464، 390 و 177) در مقایسه با رقم اردوباد-90 (به عنوان شاهد) با هدف ارزیابی سازگاری آنها با شرایط اقلیمی استان خراسان رضوی در قالب طرح بلوکهای کامل تصادفی با سه تکرار طی سالهای 1396-1398 در ایستگاه تحقیقات کشاورزی گلمکان مطالعه گردید. این ژنوتیپها از حدود 15 سال قبل به روش بهگزینی از داخل جمعیت زردآلوی آذربایجان انتخاب و مراحل مطالعاتی مقدماتی را در رویشگاه اصلی و باغهای کلکسیون و آزمایشی طی کرده بودند. نتایج نشان داد که از لحاظ تاریخهای گلدهی و رسیدن میوه بین ژنوتیپها اختلاف معنیداری وجود دارد. بهطوریکه ژنوتیپ 269 زودگلدهترین (29 اسفند) و ژنوتیپ 190 دیرگلدهترین (8 فروردین) و از لحاظ زمان رسیدن، ژنوتیپ 177 زودرسترین (دهه سوم اردیبهشت) و ژنوتیپ 190 دیررسترین (دهه دوم تیرماه) بودند. همچنین، ژنوتیپ 414 دارای بیشترین ارتفاع (57/302 سانتیمتر)، عرض تاج (03/278 سانتیمتر)، سطح مقطع تنه (75/42 سانتیمتر مربع)، رشد رویشی سالیانه (98/58 سانتیمتر) و شاخص اندازه (76/8 متر) بود. رابطه مستقیمی بین اندازه میوه، اندازه هسته و اندازه مغز وجود داشت، بهطوریکه بیشترین وزن میوه (65 گرم)، وزن هسته (49/3 گرم) و وزن مغز (93/1 گرم) مربوط به ژنوتیپ 414 بود. بیشترین میزان اسیدهای آلی کل (67/0 درصد) مربوط به ژنوتیپ 177، بیشترین میزان pH (97/4) در ژنوتیپ 390 و بیشترین عملکرد (66/20 کیلوگرم) در ژنوتیپ 190 بود. بهطور کلی، ژنوتیپ 177، بهدلیل زودرسی و تازهخوری، ژنوتیپ 414 بهدلیل اندازه بزرگ میوه و ژنوتیپ 190 بهدلیل دیررسی و عملکرد بالا در مقایسه با رقم اردوباد-90 (شاهد) قابل توصیه میباشند.

بهبود عملکرد گل رز تحت تیمارهای هرس جوانه و خمسازی شاخه در رقم آولانچ گل رز
مدیریت ساختار بوته رز، نقش مهمی در تولید گل در طول سال دارد و میزان طول عمر بوته رز را تعیین کرده و نمو گیاه و کیفیت شاخههای گل (طول، قطر و وزن) را تحت تاثیر قرار میدهد. پرورش دهندگان رز با هدف افزایش جذب نور و ساخت آسیمیلاتهای فتوسنتزی بیشتر و افزایش کیفیت شاخه گل تولید شده، اقدام به خم سازی شاخههای غیرتولیدی میکنند. در این پژوهش مدیریت مناسب هرس جوانه بوته رز شاخه بریده با تاکید بر خم سازی شاخه مورد بررسی قرار گرفت. به منظور انتخاب بهترین معماری ساختار بوته از نظر تولید با کیفیتترین شاخههای گل دهنده آزمون فاکتوریل بر پایه طرح کاملاً تصادفی با دو تیمار هرس جوانه و خمسازی شاخه انجام شد. هرس جوانه در دو سطح هرس 50 درصد جوانه و بدون هرس جوانه انجام شد و در تیمار خمسازی ساقه سطوح بدون خمسازی، زاویه 45 ، 90 و 120 درجه انجام شد. فاکتورهای فیزیولوژیکی، مورفولوژیکی و شاخصهای فتوسنتزی و همچنین عمر گلدانی مورد بررسی قرار گرفت. نتایج نشان داد خم کردن شاخه (زاویه 45 و 90 درجه)، با افزایش جذب نور و ساخت آسیمیلاتهای فتوسنتزی بیشتر و تغییر جریان آنها از برگساره شاخههای خم شده به سمت پاشاخهها، سبب رشد مناسب آنها و افزایش30 درصدی صفات وزن تر و وزن خشک نسبت به تیمار بدون خمسازی شده است. قطر غنچه و طول شاخه گل سبب افزایش کیفیت پس از برداشت شاخه گل تولید شده میشود. همچنین اثر متقابل هرس جوانه و خم کردن شاخه تاثیر مثبتی بر مقدار کربوهیدرات شاخه گل نشان داد.
