چکیده

به منظور بررسی تأثیر دور آبیاری و کودهای زیستی بر خصوصیات کمی و عملکرد گیاه شنبلیله، آزمایشی به‌صورت کرت های خردشده در قالب طرح بلوک های کامل تصادفی با سه تکرار در مزرعه آموزشی دانشگاه آزاد بیرجند در بهار سال زراعی 90-1389 صورت گرفت. تیمارهای آزمایش شامل دور آبیاری (با فواصل 6، 9 و 12 روز یک‌بار) و تلقیح با کودهای زیستی (در پنج سطح شامل نیتروکسین، بیوفسفر، قارچ‌های میکوریزایG.mosseae و G.intraradices و یک سطح شاهد فاقد کود) بودند. صفات مورد مطالعه در این آزمایش شامل ارتفاع، تعداد شاخه جانبی، تعداد غلاف در بوته، تعداد دانه در غلاف، وزن هزار دانه، عملکرد برگ و عملکرد دانه بود. نتایج نشان داد که تیمار دور آبیاری و کود زیستی بر اکثر صفات مورد مطالعه معنی‌دار بود. اثر متقابل تیمار آبیاری و کود زیستی در سطح احتمال پنج درصد بر عملکرد دانه و در سطح یک درصد بر عملکرد برگ شنبلیله معنی دار بود. بهترین دور آبیاری برای حصول حداکثر عملکرد دانه (16/48 گرم در مترمربع) و عملکرد برگ (50/159 گرم در مترمربع)، دور آبیاری با فواصل 6 روز یک‌بار بود. افزایش دور آبیاری باعث کاهش عملکرد دانه، برگ و سایر صفات مورفولوژیک گیاه دارویی شنبلیله گردید. بیشترین عملکرد دانه در بین کودهای زیستی، به ترتیب مربوط به کودهای بیوفسفر (68/35 گرم در مترمربع) و میکوریزا موسه آ (96/34 گرم در متر مربع) بوده که تفاوت معنی‌داری با یکدیگر نداشتند و بیشترین عملکرد برگ نیز در تیمار کود زیستی میکوریزا موسه آ (66/128 گرم در مترمربع) به دست آمد. به‌طورکلی، نتایج این تحقیق در مورد استفاده از کودهای زیستی حاکی از آن است که کاربرد کودهای بیولوژیک حاوی ریز موجودات باکتریایی و یا قارچی، در بهبود ویژگی‌های رشدی و عملکرد گیاه دارویی شنبلیله، تأثیر مثبتی داشته است.
