چکیده

این پژوهش در سال 1391 به منظور بررسی اثر تراکم بوته و کاربرد کود نیتروژن بر ویژگی های مختلف گیاه دارویی زنیان به صورت فاکتوریل در قالب طرح بلوک‌های کامل تصادفی در مرکز تحقیقات کشاورزی و منابع طبیعی استان یزد در سه تکرار انجام شد. فاکتور های مورد آزمایش شامل تراکم بوته در سه سطح (120،60و180 بوته در متر مربع) و کود نیتروژن نیز در سه سطح شامل مقادیر 90،60و120 کیلوگرم نیتروژن خالص در هکتار (به صورت اوره 46 درصد نیتروژن خالص) بود. حداکثر تعداد چتر در بوته (27/25)، تعداد شاخه‌های گل دهنده (77/7)، اندازه قطر تاج پوشش گیاه (32 سانتی‌متر)، عملکرد دانه (4/301 کیلوگرم در هکتار) و عملکرد اسانس (45/12 کیلوگرم در هکتار) در تیمار 120 کیلوگرم نیتروژن در هکتار و تراکم 60 بوته در متر مربع به دست آمد. در بین تیمارهای مورد بررسی فقط کاربرد نیتروژن بر درصد اسانس معنی دار بود به‌طوری‌که کاربرد 120 کیلوگرم نیتروژن در هکتار بیشترین درصد اسانس (07/4) را تولید نمود.
