چکیده

گیاه زینتی آلسترومریا با عمر گل بالا به صورت شاخه بریده و گلدانی در منازل و فضاهای سبز مورد استفاده قرار می‌گیرد. امروزه، انتخاب بستر کشت مناسب یکی از عوامل اصلی تولید گیاهان گلدانی با کیفیت می¬باشد. به منظور بررسی تأثیر بستر¬های کشت پیت‌ماس، کوکوپیت، خاک‌برگ و کمپوست مصرفی قارچ در سه سطح (40، 60 و 80 درصد) در ترکیب با خاک معدنی و تیمار شاهد (100 درصد خاک معدنی توف) بر خصوصیات رشدی و گلدهی آلسترومریا گلدانی، در سال 1394 آزمایشی در قالب طرح کاملاً تصادفی با چهار تکرار در گلخانه‌ تحقیقاتی دانشگاه آزاد اسلامی واحد اصفهان (خوراسگان) اجرا شد. در نهایت تعداد برگ، تعداد گل و تعداد شاخه گل‌دهنده، وزن تر و خشک اندام هوایی، اندازه ریزوم و ماندگاری گل¬ها ارزیابی شد. نتایج نشان داد، بیشترین تعداد برگ، گل و تعداد شاخه¬های گل¬دهنده، اندازه ریزوم و وزن خشک اندام هوایی در تیمار 80 درصد پیت‌ماس به همراه 20 درصد خاک معدنی مشاهده گردید. همچنین بیشترین ماندگاری گل در تیمار¬های ۸۰ درصد پیت‌ماس و 40 درصد کوکوپیت در ترکیب با خاک معدنی حاصل شد. از طرفی، بیشترین وزن تر اندام هوایی در تیمارهای ۸۰ درصد پیت‌ماس و ۶۰ درصد کمپوست مصرفی قارچ به همراه خاک معدنی مشاهده شد. طبق نتایج این پژوهش، وجود پیت‌ماس و کوکوپیت در بستر تأثیر معنی¬داری بر افزایش خصوصیات رشدی و گلدهی آلسترومریا نشان دادند. بنابراین کاربرد این مواد در ترکیبات بستر جهت رشد گیاهان گل‌دار به خصوص آلسترومریا توصیه می¬شود.
