چکیده

خشکسالی یکی از مهم ترین تنش‌های غیر زنده برای رشد چمن در سراسر دنیا می‌باشد. کاهش کیفیت چمن ناشی از تنش خشکی یکی از نگرانی‌های عمده در مدیریت چمن‌ها می‌باشد. یکی از روش¬هایی که باعث افزایش مقاومت به تنش¬های زیستی و غیر زیستی در گیاهان می¬گردد، استفاده از تنظیم کننده‌های رشد است. هدف از این مطالعه بررسی اثر تنظیم کننده ترینگزاپک¬اتیل بر افزایش مقاومت به تنش خشکی در چمن علف گندمی بیابانی می‌باشد. آزمایش به صورت فاکتوریل بر پایه¬ی طرح کاملأ تصادفی در سه تکرار به اجرا درآمد. تیمار¬ها شامل سه سطح تنظیم کننده¬ی رشد ترینگزاپک¬اتیل (صفر، 25/0و 5/0 کیلوگرم در هکتار) و دو سطح تنش خشکی (آبیاری و قطع آبیاری) بود. نتایج نشان داد ترینگزاپک¬اتیل و خشکی به شکلی معنی‌دار موجب کاهش ارتفاع، وزن تر و خشک اندام هوایی گردیده است، ارتفاع در غلظت¬های 25/0 و 5/0 کیلوگرم درهکتار به ترتیب 20/19 و 90/26 درصد کاهش نشان داد. ترینگزاپک¬اتیل بر خلاف خشکی موجب بهبود کیفیت و عرض برگ شد. خشکی موجب کاهش معنی‌دار محتوی نسبی آب و کلروفیل، افزایش پرولین و نشت الکترولیت گردید. ترینگزاپک¬اتیل با افزایش محتوی نسبی آب، پرولین، کلروفیل و کاهش نشت الکترولیت در شرایط تنش خشکی موجب افزایش مقاومت به خشکی در علف گندمی گردید. در شرایط خشکی عمق نفوذ ریشه و عمق موثر ریشه افزایش پیدا کرد، در حالی که ترینگزاپک¬اتیل تأثیر معنی‌داری بر خصوصیات ریشه نداشت. نتایج مشخص کرد ترینگزاپک اتیل میتواند موجب افزایش مقاومت به خشکی در علف گندمی گردد.
