چکیده

گل مریم از مهم‌ترین گل های بریده ایران و جهان به شمار می‌آید. در این تحقیق اثر دو نوع کود زیستی و شیمیایی بر صفات رویشی و زایشی گل مریم در قالب آزمایش فاکتوریل بر پایه بلوک‌های کامل تصادفی در سه تکرار مطالعه گردید. سطوح مورد استفاده کود شیمیایی نیترات پتاسیم 0، 100 و 150 کیلوگرم در هکتار در نظر گرفته شد. کود زیستی آزوسپیریلیوم در دو سطح مصرف و عدم مصرف استفاده گردید. نتایج آزمایش‌ها نشان داد، صفات مربوط به برگ، میزان کلروفیل، وزن کل پیاز5، وزن پیاز اصلی6، قطر پیاز اصلی، تعداد پاگیاه و سوخک و میزان پتاسیم تحت تاثیر اثر اصلی نیترات پتاسیم قرار گرفتند. در اثر اصلی آزوسپیریلیوم صفات قطر پیاز اصلی، قطر ساقه و میزان پتاسیم معنی‌دار گردیدند. همچنین در مقایسه میانگین اثرات متقابل صفات وزن تر برگ، شاخص سطح برگ، وزن و قطر پیاز اصلی، تعداد پاگیاه، تعداد سوخک و میزان پتاسیم معنی‌دار گردیدند. از طرف دیگر صفات تعداد برگ، تعداد روز تا به ساقه رفتن، تعداد روز از ساقه رفتن تا برداشت گل و ارتفاع ساقه گل‌دهنده تحت تاثیر هیچ کدام از تیمارها قرار نگرفتند. نیترات پتاسیم با میزان 150 کیلوگرم در هکتار تقریباً بیشتر صفات به خصوص گلدهی را تحت تاثیر خود قرار داد و تعداد سوخک را به حدود 20 عدد افزایش داد. آزوسپیریلیوم تأثیر اندکی بر صفات رشدی و زایشی نشان داد.

Effect of Application Potassium Nitrate and Azosprillume on Growth and Yield of Pollinates

چکیده [English]

One of the most important ornamental plant in Iran and all of the world is pollinates. In this research we studded effect of two types of fertilizer on the characters quantity and quality of pollinates. We used Bio fertilizer and chemical fertilizer. The bio fertilizer was Azosprillum and the chemical fertilizer was potassium nitrate. A factorial experiment was conducted based on a Randomized Complete Block Design with three replications. The result show that characters of related of leaf, total weight of bulbs, originally bulbs weight, number of side bulblets, number of bulbs and amount of potassium were significant in Potassium nitrate treatment. Also, in Azosprillum treatment characters originally bulbs diameter, steam diameter and amount of potassium were significant. In interaction of Potassium nitrate and Azosprillum characters such as: Leaf fresh weight, leaf area meter, originally bulbs diameter, originally bulbs weight, number of side bulblets, number of bulbs and amount of potassium were significant. Potassium nitrate was more effect with level of 150 k/ha on often characters, especially on percent flowering and number of bulbs was increased rang 20 numbers. On the other hand, Azosprillum was little effect on characters of vegetative and reproductive.
